1. Stroop effect Read out the color each word is printed in, not the word itself. See how fast you can utter the color name. Monitor the time you take and try the task repeatedly to improve.

For example, if you have a list of book, apple, gloves, hat etc ; you can picture a book with an apple cover page held by a boy with gloves and hat. Now try remembering the following words “in order” using the domino technique.
