Age: 81 Years in RE: 42 Why RE: I wanted a flexible schedule that allowed me to take time off if my kids needed me. Why EXIT: There’s a caring management team, enthusiastic crew of salespeople and a very friendly environment at our EXIT office. Steadfast Strategy: I think first-time home buyers are the key to a successful career. I prepare step-by-step packages, do a pre-closing inspection, and take photos with each, I follow up days later with a housewarming gift to ensure a smooth move, months after to drop business cards and ask for referrals, then every 3-4 months after with a little note. I also personally deliver calendars to all my buyers and sellers each year. New School Tool: Dotloop is extremely convenient and I enjoy visual, drone tours for my listings. Young Inspiration: I mentor many new agents, but Kimia Nejat provided a different outlook on younger generation buyers, Andrew Stephens provided a fresh outlook on advertising, and Jim Smardon got me involved in clean energy, which is very important in the public mind.
