Call for Vice-Presidents, Editor, Journalists, Chairpersons & Organisers 1st EYP Day of EYP Greece
Dear Alumni, dearest friends, European Youth Parliament Greece is proud to open the Call for Vice-Presidents, Editor, Journalists, Chairpersons & Organisers for its 1st EYP Day of EYP Greece. The session will be held in the beautiful region of Thrace, from the 9th till the 10th of November, 2018 (on the 8th , Organisers’ Training will take place), under the theme: “Broadening Horizons; a wider range of opportunities and choices in an everchanging Europe” This small scale event will gather a total of 71 participants and will be Presided by Despina Dimitrakopoulou (GR) and Head-Organised by Elisavet Roussi and Dimitrios Konstantaras, as well as Vayalena Drampa as a member of the Board of EYP Greece. We are now looking for : 2 Vice-Presidents 1 Editor 2 Journalists 10 Chairpersons 6 Organisers The participation fee is set at 20€ for the Officials. Organisers are requested to arrive in Komotini no later than 12:00 on the 8th of November, in order to take part at the Organiser’s training. All Officials are expected to arrive in Komotini no later than 11:00 on the 9th of November, in order to participate in the CJO’s training. Departures can take place from Xanthi, in the evening of the 10 th of November by the end of the Closing Ceremony of the General Assembly.

In order to apply, log in to the EYP Μembers’ platform and apply for the positions of Vice-President, Editor, Journalist, Chairperson and Organiser on the Event’s Page: https://www.members.eyp.org/event/thrace-2018-1st-eyp-day-eyp-greece Deadline for application submission is Sunday, the 7th of October, 23:59 CET.
All applicants will be informed individually on the outcome of their application, as soon as the process is complete.
The Selection Panel for the Vice-Presidents, Editor and Chairpersons will consist of the President of the Session, Despina Dimitrakopoulou, the Head Organisers, Elisavet Roussi and Dimitrios Konstantaras, and the Vice President of EYP Greece, Nikos Avramidis. The Selection Panel for the Organising Team will consist of the Head Organisers, Elisavet Roussi and Dimitrios Konstantaras, as well as Vayalena Drampa, as Member of the Executive Board of EYP Greece. The Selection Panel for the Editor will consist of the President of the Session, Despina Dimitrakopoulou, the Head Organisers, Elisavet Roussi and Dimitrios Konstantaras and Sofia-Xeni Kathareiou as a Member of the Executive Board of EYP Greece. The Selection Panel for the Journalists will consist of the Head Organisers, Elisavet Roussi and Dimitrios Konstantaras, Sofia-Xeni Kathareiou as a Member of the Executive Board of EYP Greece and the Editor of the Session, (to be selected).
