Motivation statement Having been an active member of EYP-Ukraine for quite a while taught me that this organization is capable of changing people for the best. I myself was one of those people whose life has completely changed over the last few years mostly due to EYP. Participating in events, initiating new ones, meeting new people and making friends with them have broadened my vision in many ways to the extend I couldn't even imagine before. I think the time has come for me to evolve my beloved organization by taking a more serious role in its activity. Constant improvement, development and growth are what this organization has given to me, and what I want to give back to EYP. Taking good care of organization’s IA department seems to be a perfect opportunity for me to secure the level of EYP-UA’s presentation on international level, keeping the high reputation that we’ve managed to create over the past years. I could go too deep in saying how EYP’s reputation can influence the whole image of our country abroad, but the way other EYP-ers see EYP-UA is indeed one of the key aspects that help our national committee develop and exchange experience, increasing the desire of the most proficient officials to apply to our sessions, as well as our participants to be selected to other international events. Not only I feel capable of doing that, I would also be extremely proud to take up this position and thus be part of this process.

Programme statement The IA department will concentrate on two different directions of work: brining Ukraine abroad and bringing abroad to Ukraine. Both directions will include the previously successful activities introduced by IA department as well as new features which are aimed at the improvement and deepening the department’s work. Brining Ukraine abroad: - Continue the preparation of IS delegations for the session, keeping track of their academic level as well as general NC representation (e.g. at EuroVillage) - Bringing up the preparation level for delegations and individual members going to Regional Sessions, International Forums, etc. - Ensuring high-level presentation of Ukrainian NC at BNC meetings, trainings, etc. - Assistance with travelling issues for members going abroad - Conducting external communication to increase the number of Ukrainian delegations going to international events Bringing abroad to Ukraine: - Efficient and timely informing of EYP-UA members about BNC news and events taking place - Ensuring solid communication between the Board of EYP-Ukraine and BNC and EYP International Office - Communication with other NCs to invite their delegations to Ukrainian sessions - Cooperating with PR department and sessions’ HOs to ensure more international participation in EYP-UA events both on the delegates’ and officials’ level Combined together, these measures will ensure comprehensive and efficient work of the department for the general benefit of the organization.

Your personal provisional contribution to EYP Ukraine As an active Leadership member for quite a while already I’m not going to limit myself to only IA activities, though the latter would be my primary focus in case of being selected for the position. Being more involved into NC management means I would be more capable and efficient in working in Leadership team. Besides, previous organising experience allows me to contribute to the organisational process for the session, both in advice and actual performance of organiser’s tasks. My personal aim is not only building up a stronger and bigger National Committee, but also maintaining the unique spirit that we’ve managed to establish that makes newcomers and foreign guests fall in love with EYP-Ukraine. In my potential work as a board member and a simple active member of organisation I feel myself like being an integral part of the “organism”, thus I steel feel the urge to continue participating in sessions and events, presenting Ukraine’s high level internationally. I truly believe that EYP is not only about What you do, but about How you do it, so I would do whatever I could do with love to our great NC.
