Motivation statement European Youth Parliament is all about opportunities, each being a fundamental reason for development, personal and professional growth. This precious chance is a great professional opportunity for me as I have a strong desire to contribute to the development of our National Committee, serving as a Board Member on Regional Development. This position will provide me with a lot of essential opportunities, which will fulfill my goals and shape the future of
myself as a person, as an EYPer and as a Board Member. Hereby I would like to officially declare my utmost will to contribute to the National Committee’s performance, as I already possess significant knowledge about the NC; to receive priceless experience; and to bring EYP into Ukrainian cities. I would like to contribute my energy, knowledge and skills, exchange experiences with EYPers from all over Ukraine and bring the vision of EYP to those who are not yet involved. I would like to share my ideas with everybody willing to get involved and learn, and thus make next year in EYP Ukraine an unforgettable celebration of the Department on Regional Development. EYP as a whole and this particular opportunity will change my life once and forever. This chance is of an immense personal impact for me. Running for the position of the Board Member is an important step for my further development. I do recognise the overwhelming benefits of the opportunity and I am sure that I am capable to fulfill all the responsibilities and perfectly perform as a Board Member.
Programme statement I live in Kyiv, and therefore most of my EYP activity is focused in this particular city. Previously, I have Head-Oragnised the 6th Kyiv Regional Session, which has retained a title of a very successful and memorable event inside the EYP world. This is how EYP works nowadays. Recently, Mini-Sessions became projects that can find new young leaders and bring them to the National Selection Conference, International Forums and International Sessions. The Mini-Session is a “bridge” I would like to thoroughly focus my attention on. EYP is an organisation that demands novel Human Resources, it works for people and runs by people, so my goal is to bring newcomers into EYP life through mini-sessions. The main activity of our organization is a session, but it cannot be organised without people, which capable to do so. My aim is to establish Regional Boards in different parts of Ukraine (West, East, South, North) that organise 2 Mini-Sessions and 1 Regional session per year. The task is very ambitious so I need your shoulders to rely on as well as your faith in my plan.
Your personal provisional contribution to EYP Ukraine I am willing to spend this year as an active Board Member and be involved in all EYP projects available. My chief task will be to carry out projects that are aimed at reaching out the regions in order to bring EYP to new cities and strengthening existing city’s representatives. I am planning to provide various kinds of support to all new projects and share my experiences with people who are willing to contribute to organisation’s development and growth. I ensure fruitful cooperation between the members of the Department in order to share and acquire the best practices of Mini-Sessions` organising. I will contribute to the strategic development of the EYP Ukraine and support ideas of a sustainable organisation’s development. I would like to transfer all the experience and knowledge I have to secure the sustainable work of the Department, and the growth of the group and its individuals. l will inspire all the newcomers by presenting words and actions of support and inspiration – the things that astonish EYPers of all over Europe. I have the necessary capacity to fulfil ambitious goals which I have and I am ready to run for the position and fulfil all the corresponding tasks within the work of the National Committee.
