SELECTION REPORT Selection Report for Trainers of the 6th Alumni Weekend of EYP Ukraine. The Selection Panel composed of Yulia Nagirniak (the Head Trainer), Oleksandra Puzanova (the Head Organiser), Valeria Nikitenko (President of EYP Ukraine) and Lesya Pohorila (Supervisor) has concluded the selection of three trainers. The panel received applications from 4 applicants (3 female, 1 male) in total, with all applicants coming from Ukraine.
Deliberations In the selection process, every application was reviewed carefully. The panel conducted blind selection by reading the applications without knowing the names of the applicants and discussed all applications thoroughly, taking into consideration the experience and personal motivation of the applicants as well as their insight into the responsibilities of the position they were applying for. As a result, 3 individuals have been selected and each of them confirmed participation. The panel assures that the confirmation process was monitored carefully and with complete confidentiality.
