SELECTION REPORT Selection Report for the Head Organisers of the large-scale projects of EYP Ukraine in 2018-2019 The Selection Panel composed of the Board Members of EYP Ukraine has concluded the selection of 6 Head Organisers of 4 projects. Applications The panel received 5 applications from 8 applicants (5 female, 3 male) in total, namely 2 applications for the 13th National Selection Conference, 2 applications for Regional Sessions, 1 application for the 4th Training Camp, with all applicants coming from Ukraine. Deliberations During the selection process, every application was reviewed carefully. The Selection Panel have analysed the profiles of potential Head-Organisers, their previous organising experience, opportunities and weaknesses of the cities suggested, applicants’ motivation, vision and concept as well as financial aspect of the projects. Given that the EYP Ukraine is particularly interested in the outreach in the regions of Ukraine where the organisation has not hosted large-scale events for more than three years, the geographical position was considered as well.

The panel was grateful to receive applications from motivated candidates who showed interest in EYP Ukraine and being one of the Head Organisers of the large-scale events in 2019. Furthermore, the panel appreciates those applicants who have put a lot of effort in writing their applications and who presented their capacity to create the session’s vision and describe their ideas in the applications.
