I am now looking for 8-10 people to share the joy and the burden of fundraising, PR and HR with. More precisely, there will be 4 main areas the tasks to be divided into: 1. 2. 3. 4.

For the first few months, you will work on specific tasks in various areas rather than focus on a single portfolio, yet closer to the session and at the event itself each team member will be responsible for one. You will have an opportunity to work in dierent spheres and decide which one you like best in the end.

Any individual can apply through the Members’ Platform until January 15th, 2019. Please note that the call will not be prolonged. For those who, like me, cannot fully express themselves fully in writing, there is an option to answer the first three questions in any format comfortable for you (video, PowerPoint, voice message – anything) by sending the file(s) via email to pohorila.lesya@gmail.com before filling in the form on the platform. 1.

Who are you and what are you currently doing in life?

2.

Why do you need to be selected for Kyiv 2019? Why you and why this event?

3.

What are the most useless skills you have?

4.

Which of the four portfolios listed in the call are you potentially most interested in?

5.

What is your availability on weekends in January and February?

6.

Do you live in Kyiv?

7.

Will you be able to devote on average 4-6 hours weekly for the project?

The Selection Panel will consist of the Head Organiser (Lesya Pohorila) and the Project Coordinator of EYP Ukraine (Alexandra Nych). We will contact each applicant individually and inform them of the decision no later than 5 days after the call closes. We will also issue the Selection Report when the selected organisers confirm. May you have any questions, please contact me through Facebook (Lesia Pogorila) or email (pohorila.lesya@gmail.com). Good luck!
