The project starts from the premise that different Architects occupy a 15-lot block located in the Historic Center of Lima, an area recognized by UNESCO as Cultural Heritage of Humanity, to design their own Houses.

Having carried a study on the context of existing monumental architecture, elements of reference were taken into account to maintain its identity. The proposals of adjoining projects were observed to work together in terms of profile, setting out to achieve a harmonious design.

Plot The corner plot requires profile alignment to adjacent buildings. Given the elongated shape of the plot, it is divided in two segments, each one adapting to neighboring heights

Programmatic enhacenment Due to the immediate relation between street and building, the ground floor programme becomes commercial space, elevating the private programme, while dividing it in strong, independent volumes
