SETTING SAIL IN OPULENCE

have opened

Taking to the waves between May and October 2026, voyages will be between two and eight nights. Each journey has been created to reveal coastal panoramas of striking beauty while following the most favourable winds to minimise environmental impact.

The vessel will call at storied ports such as Monte-Carlo, Portofino and Saint-Tropez as well as more discreet harbours: Portoferraio, Napoleon’s secret island retreat; Saint-Florent, with its fishing port nestled deep in the Corsican maquis; and Lerici, a jewel of the Gulf of La Spezia, long known as the Gulf of Poets. With just 54 suites, ranging from 45 to 230sq/m, space on board is a luxury unto itself. Architect Maxime d’Angeac, Artistic Director of Orient Express, has envisioned interiors that reimagine the golden age of travel with a contemporary and elevated sensibility.

There are multiple restaurants under the culinary direction of multi-Michelin-starred Chef Yannick Alléno, alongside plentiful bars and lounges, including an intimate Art Deco

inspired speakeasy.

A 115-seat cabaret, a state-of-the-art recording studio and two pools complete this world of sophisticated revelry, where every evening carries the promise of a new experience. And ports of call offer extraordinary, curated cultural experiences from a private tour and dinner atop the Peggy Guggenheim Museum in Venice to the thrill of driving a race car on the legendary Circuit Paul Ricard near Marseille.

With reservations now open, the world’s most discerning travellers are invited to embark on a sailing experience like no other.

A STUNNING ONE OF A KIND

As Sakura season arrives, blanketing regions around the world in pink petals, Rolls Royce Motor Cars is proud to present Phantom Cherry Blossom.

The one-off Phantom Extended commission is inspired by the fleeting beauty of the Sakura blooms and a Japanese client’s formative memories of this stunning natural spectacle. The vehicle’s design was conceived three years ago, when Rolls-Royce artisans met the commissioning client in Japan to fully understand their vision.

Inside the car, intricate embroidery captures the sensation of sitting beneath a flowering tree during Hanami. A Bespoke Starlight Headliner is adorned with an embroidered cherry bough, sprinkled with delicate white blossoms, while falling petal embroidery appears on the rear door panels and privacy suite partition. The design and development of this remarkable expression of contemporary craft spanned more than six months. The headliner alone required three weeks to embroider and exceeds 250,000 stitches. In a Rolls-Royce first, the interior is completed with three-dimensional cherry petal embroidery.

Creating these three-dimensional embroideries required specialists to pioneer a new technique, where the thread is layered upon itself to form a self-supporting structure. Each petal is then shaped and sculpted into its final form by hand before being stitched into place, individually positioned to complement the interior lighting and create soft shadow effects.

Extending the Hanami theme, a falling petal motif appears on the inner lining of the Bespoke umbrellas, concealed within the car’s doors. The exterior also features a subtle reference to the theme; the Crystal over Arctic White coachwork incorporates a distinctive hand-painted coachline that elegantly tapers midway along the rear passenger door and features a delicate cherry blossom motif –an elegant preview of the artistry within.

REDEFINING THE YACHTING EXPERIENCE

The recently completed Dubai International Boat Show saw the UAE’s Gulf Craft displaying eight new launches among its 18-vessel-strong display.

HADAG

One of the most anticipated highlights was the grand debut of the Majesty 100 Terrace, with its enhanced indoor-outdoor living concept. This refined evolution of the Majesty 100 features a stunning glassfronted owner’s cabin with direct access to a private foredeck terrace, offering unparalleled privacy and breathtaking 270-degree panoramic views.

The yacht’s expansive entertainment and dining areas, framed by floor-to-ceiling patio doors, create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces. Designed in collaboration with Gulf Craft’s in-house team and Phathom Studio, the interiors showcase meticulous craftsmanship, space optimisation and refined detailing, setting a new benchmark in yacht design.

The Majesty 100 Terrace embodies the shipyard’s unwavering commitment to luxury and innovation. Building on the legacy of the acclaimed Majesty 111, this 32.25m motor yacht presents a sleek and streamlined silhouette, marking a new era of modern design. At an impressive 199GT, the Majesty 100 Terrace offers room for 10 passengers and six crew, alongside meticulously crafted interiors and expansive spaces that redefine onboard living. Designed with social gatherings in mind, the vessel boasts a 20% increase in entertainment

HADAG

space compared to its predecessor. The aft cockpit balconies extend the leisure area by an additional 15%, while modular seating easily transitions from sunbeds to dining lounges. A standout feature is the flip-down seating on the garage door, which perfectly integrates indoor and outdoor living for unforgettable time spent with guests.

Inside, the Majesty 100 Terrace redefines comfort with its wide, open spaces. The lower deck houses four spacious cabins with ensuite facilities, including twin cabins with optional Pullman and sliding beds. On the upper deck, a luxurious sky lounge replaces the raised wheelhouse, offering a day head and an inverted windscreen for optimal visibility and comfort.

Echoing the grandeur of the Majesty 111, the main deck of the Majesty 100 Terrace impresses with expansive entertainment areas and a unique 10-seater dining table. Floor to ceiling patio doors create a barrier-free, lightfilled living space and the owner's stateroom offers breathtaking panoramic views, a private terrace and a hidden anchor management system for an uninterrupted experience. Expansive glass skylights flood the interiors with sunlight, while optional shaded blades on the aft hardtop offer versatile dining and lounging spaces. An optional skylight in the stairwell merges the outdoors with the indoors and ensures that light fills every corner of the yacht. Details and materials on the Majesty 100 Terrace reflect the shipyard’s dedication to luxurious craftsmanship. Rich marble, warm walnut and brushed brass come together to create an elegant and inviting atmosphere, while owners have the choice between a light, nature-inspired interior colour palette or a darker more dramatic colour scheme. With both private ownership and charter cruising in mind, owners can choose between MAN, Caterpillar or MTU engines, reaching a top speed of 20 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots, with a range of 1,050 nautical miles at 12 knots.

A MASTERPIECE OF ENGINEERING AND DESIGN

Hadag experienced the new and exclusive Bentley Continental GT, and discovered a veritable work of automotive art.

At Hadag, we pride ourselves on sampling the very best life has to offer. With the launch of the new Continental GT Speed First Edition V8 Hybrid, we happily accepted an invitation from Bentley Bahrain to take this work of art out for a spin. We were expecting great things and our expectations that were soon exceeded.

EXCEPTIONAL EXTERIOR

The new Bentley Continental GT is a creation of sheer beauty. On first sight, we instantly recognised the love, investment and expertise poured into this car's creation.

In the GT Speed, the brand's creators have continued the key design aspects seen through Bentley's heritage since the iconic R-Type Continental of 1952. However, this fourth-generation Continental delivers an unmistakably bolder design DNA.

Overall, the immaculate exterior bestows the car with a demeanour best described as a resting beast – muscular but relaxed.

Having appreciated several Bentleys in the past, we were surprised by this model's beautiful face that, for the first time since the 1950s, exhibits single headlamps.

These Matrix LED lamps contain 120 separate LEDS and feature new horizontal deep crystal cut diamond 'eyebrows,' along with illuminated lower patterns. We also admired the curve of the vehicle's elongated bonnet, which creates a strong horizontal line through the car.

At the flanks of this two-door metal beauty, we noted its well-defined haunches and the 22-inch Ten Swept Spoke wheels, signifying its remarkable power.

Many back-end elements have also been redesigned, including the bumper, taillights and exhaust tailpipes – all sporting a more contemporary flair. The boot lid now incorporates an integrated aerodynamic form, providing all necessary rear downforce without requiring a deployable rear spoiler.

SUPERIOR INTERIOR

As hard as it was to tear our eyes away from the outside, the inside of the GT made us feel as if we were entering another world. Slipping into the interior, we were greeted by peerless craftsmanship.

The redesigned cabin of the 2025 model now ensures complete comfort, luxury and practicality for all those lucky enough to experience one.

This new grand tourer features sculptured quilting, fading perforations and a new quilt embroidery on the seats and doors. Combined with the new Dark Chrome Specification and the Diamond Brushed Aluminium Dark Tint, we endorse this interior as the height of automotive luxury.

One of our favourite interior features was the wellness seating. Coupled with 20-way adjustable seats, the newly introduced optional

On first sight, we instantly recognised the love, investment and expertise poured into this car's creation.

wellness seating includes Postural Adjust and Auto Climate for the front seats. This ensures the reduction of fatigue and the optimisation of both comfort and support.

EXTRAORDINARY TECH & INFOTAINMENT

Soon, it was obvious that this masterwork is not just easy on the eye but contains an array of superior technological features most car owners could only dream of.

The benefits of the electrical architecture found in the latest generation Continental GT deliver a significant step forward in infotainment and driver assistance technology.

We simply adored the innovative Bentley Rotating Display. The three-sided, 12.3-inch high-definition display is controlled via three elegant analogue dials and features an unbroken side of handcrafted veneer. These three sides are selectable at the mere touch of a button.

Later in the day, we noticed the environment display in the driver's instrument panel that supports and enables driving in semi-assisted mode, providing feedback to the driver on how the car responds to other vehicles.

The impressively improved air conditioning

system notably increases cabin well-being. It now includes air ionisers, a new particulate matter filter and displays that show air quality inside and outside the vehicle. The system even synchronises with the car's satellite navigation to improve cabin air quality.

Our test drive model GT housed the optional Naim 2,200 Watt, 18-speaker audio system. Featuring Active Bass Transducers built into the front seats, this transcendent system, with its eight sound modes, ensured this was one of our most mind-blowing audio experiences.

BREATHTAKING POWER & PERFORMANCE

By the time we were ready for the roads, we were in love with the new Bentley GT. We were not, however, fully prepared for what was about to be unleashed.

The new GT Speed, with its 782PS Ultra Performance Hybrid powertrain, may be a beauty on the surface, but it is a beast underneath. Packing a 4.0-litre V8 engine that works harmoniously with a 190PS electric motor, this supercharged vehicle generates up to 1,000Nm of torque.

Informed of these statistics, we sat at the start line of our test site, staring straight ahead, a mixture of excitement and fear. Before the pedal even met the floor, we shot forward as if fired from a cannon. The sound of the engine reverberated in our ears and our bodies pressed hard against the supportive seating as we struggled to take a full breath.

The result: we flew from 0-100km/h in a touch over three seconds. It genuinely felt as if we had

left our stomachs behind. Never have we felt more relieved to experience a high-performance braking system. This jet on wheels even delivers a top speed of 335 km/h, making it the most powerful road-going Bentley ever produced. The force created by this potent powertrain is dispensed via an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission and an electrical limited slip differential to all four wheels. We found this to ensure exceptional power delivery and more than reliable traction, even on sandy surfaces. The system also utilises active torque vectoring from front to rear through a centre differential and precision vectoring across each axle using the brakes.

Another great feature of this hybrid is that it delivers up to 81km of all-electric range. This is complemented by the system's regenerative braking along with its new charge mode, where the engine drives the wheels and charges the battery at the same time.

OUR VERDICT

It's a Bentley. Enough said.

FOR THE JOY OF DRIVING

Mercedes-Benz’s latest G-Class AMG combines style and tech in a powerful, upmarket, five-door SUV that’s a joy to drive.

The latest model from MercedesBenz, the powerful G63 AMG, comes more than 45 years since the company’s G-Class first hit the roads. Hadag got behind the wheel of this exceptional beast thanks to the team at Al Haddad Motors, Bahrain.

DISTINGUISHED EXTERIOR

As the classic cube shape of the iconic AMG entered our vision, we caught site of subtle styling upgrades.

Firstly, the AMG crest is now featured on the bonnet and exterior mirror projections. The AMG fuel filler cap is crafted in silver chrome with black design elements, whilst the radiator grille and A-pillars have also been modified. The positioning of the windows has also been slightly refined.

There is now a new AMG-specific bumper with three vertical louvres in front of the air inlets, as well as stainless-steel inserts. Standard adaptive MULTIBEAM LED headlights that illuminate the road according to the driving situation, with 84 individually controllable high-performance LEDs, have also been included.

When ordering the optional AMG Exterior Carbon Fibre Package, several additional

exterior design elements are upgraded. At the front end, this will include a dark chrome grille, bumper inserts, darkened headlight housings, carbon design mirror housings and a visual underride guard finished in carbon fibre.

Shifting our attention to the fancy flanks, we noted the 20-inch AMG alloy wheels with their five-twin-spoke design, along with red-painted brake callipers and perforated brake disks. Various other rim options are available. When one orders the optional AMG Exterior Carbon Fibre Package, the body will also showcase new inserts in the exterior protective trim. The spare wheel cover is finished in carbon fibre and will include a wheel ring of black Magno/metallic. The backend will feature a carbon fibre-finished visual underride guard and darkened indicators. An extensive range of exterior colour options is available.

SWANKY INTERIOR

When examining a luxury SUV, our main criteria include an abundance of space, comfort, class and natural light. The new G63 AMG confidently ticks all these boxes. After keyless entry, once inside, the daylight streaming through the eight windows and sliding sunroof meant we could easily pick up the vehicle’s finer internal details. As evening arrived, the ambient lighting took over, providing a soothing environment. The cabin featured high-end materials, brushed metal accents and unique details throughout. These touches included an instrument panel in two-tone Nappa leather. We were captivated by the round AMG DRIVE

This all-new G-Class SUV is packing some serious power, cuttingedge technology and unmistakable performance-orientated design details both inside and out.

UNIT steering wheel buttons with brilliant displays and intuitive operation. When out and about, we were able to control AMG-specific driving functions and all drive programmes without taking our hands from the multifunction steering wheel.

Space-wise, even those on the tall side will experience ample head, shoulder and leg room no matter where they are seated. And all seating is both supportive and comfortable.

For those needing to move cargo, the vehicle offers more than 1,000 litres in the luggage area, a space easily increased to almost 2,000 litres with the 60/40 split rear seating folded. Adding to the practical nature is a stainlesssteel rear loading sill protection strip.

As with the exterior, the interior colour range for new G-class models features more shade options than ever before.

OUTSTANDING TECH

Mercedes-Benz has ensured its latest SUV is jam-packed with leading-edge technology, including the updated MBUX (MercedesBenz User Experience) infotainment system and a fully digital instrument cluster. We gained access through the 12.3-inch driver and multimedia displays featuring touch control and voice activation. The 360° camera is now situated in the front brush guard, an improved position, enabling it to provide better imagery to the display.

Certain actions can now be triggered without the ‘Hey Mercedes’ keyword and around 20 new voice commands were created exclusively for the new G-Class.

Thanks to the smartphone integration, we connected to the system via Android Auto Wireless and Apple CarPlay. There are USB ports that also enable connections to other mobile devices. Another great inclusion is the wireless charging system for mobile devices in the front.

Later, we were impressed by the MBUX Augmented Reality for Navigation, also fitted as standard. This system superimposes graphical navigation and traffic information onto live images on the central multimedia display to help drivers find their way even in complex traffic situations. At traffic lights it displays the current light colour.

Amongst the many other fantastic features of the AMG is the standard Burmester 3D Surround Sound System. It features the immersive Dolby Atmos audio experience, which gives music more space, clarity and depth, turning the G63

into a state-of-the-art concert hall on wheels. We noticed an additional illuminated speaker integrated into the headliner. The amplifier features six other channels that enable better frequency separation and sound positioning. A truly phenomenal sound experience.

IMPOSING POWER & PERFORMANCE

Mercedes-Benz has ensured that new generation G-Class owners have a little more power to play with. As we started the engine and applied pressure to the accelerator, we knew we were handling a serious piece of automotive equipment.

The new AMG G63 is powered by the tried and tested handcrafted AMG 4.0L V8 biturbo engine. The monster motor produces 577hp and 627lb-ft of torque. The engine is electrified with a 48-volt onboard electrical system and an integrated starter generator (ISG), which provides support at lower engine speeds with an additional 20hp and 148lb-ft.

Once at our test site, we achieved a 0–100km/h in 4.4 seconds! This time would challenge many sports cars on the market today. To tame this beautiful beast, Mercedes-Benz has enforced an electronically capped top speed of 220km/h. Probably a wise decision.

Another impressive aspect of the G63’s driving performance is the noise reduction. Thanks to the redesigned windows and upgraded seal, not only are the aerodynamics of this luxury SUV improved, but we enjoyed a far quieter ride. We must mention the vehicle’s hydraulic active suspension system, which is variable between comfort and sport, along with the overall stability control. Despite the G63 being a top-heavy vehicle, we felt glued to the road, even when cornering at decent speeds. It was, however, the off-road experience that impressed us most.

Along with the five AMG DYNAMIC SELECT programmes for on-road use – Slippery, Comfort, Sport, Sport+ and Individual – three off-road drive programmes are also available, namely Sand, Trail and Rock. Two additional off-road driving modes come as part of the optional AMG Offroad Package PRO. AMG Traction PRO generates maximum traction in the Rock and Sand programmes using wheelselective braking torque control depending on the road surface, whilst AMG Active Balance Control supplements the functions of the AMG ACTIVE RIDE CONTROL suspension in all three off-road drive options.

SUPERIOR SAFETY SYSTEMS

It was no surprise that Mercedes-Benz has included a full suite of driver assistance and safety systems. These include Active Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Assist, Active Distance Assist, Active Steering Assist, Parking Assist, a Parking Package with a 360° camera, an Exit Warning Function, a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System and multiple airbags, to name but a few.

OUR VERDICT

If at all possible, go and try this SUV!

ARTISTIC ENGINEERING

The jewellery and watchmaking legacy of BVLGARI meets the avant garde machines of MB&F (Maximilian Büsser & Friends) in a one-of-a-kind collaboration that has created a stunning limited-edition timepiece.

Having previously worked together, MB&F thrives on collaboration, bringing in independent watchmakers, artisans and designers to help realise its boundarypushing concepts. Its watches draw inspiration from themes as varied as science fiction, supercars and nature, making each creation distinct and imaginative.

BVLGARI, with its rich history in jewellery and watchmaking, has a legacy of daring designs.

Enter the BVLGARI x MB&F Serpenti, a reimagining of one of BVLGARI's most iconic designs. Since its debut in 1948, the Serpenti has symbolised transformation and elegance, but this version takes it to an entirely new level. Bringing the Serpenti into MB&F's horological universe required not only a fresh approach to its aesthetics but also a complete rethinking of its mechanical structure. The case, shaped like a snake's head, is a sculptural masterpiece that took hundreds of sketches and numerous 3D-printed prototypes to perfect. Five sapphire crystals, including those forming the snake's eyes, allow a glimpse into the intricate workings of the movement. Water-resistant up to 30 metres, the watch's artistry does not compromise its technical robustness. The movement itself is a marvel of precision and creativity. Instead of traditional hands, the watch displays time using two rotating domes – one for hours and one for minutes. The left dome completes a full rotation every 12 hours, while the right turns every 60 minutes. Crafted from ultra-light aluminium and treated with Super-Luminova, these domes glow in low light, evoking the hypnotic gaze of a snake. The watch also boasts a 45-hour power reserve, with a discreet indicator on the case back, visible through the sapphire crystal. Only 99 pieces will be produced, spread across three versions. The titanium edition features blue domes and a hand-stitched blue rubber strap. The 18-carat rose gold model has striking green domes with a matching rubber strap, while the black PVD-coated stainless steel version stands out with vivid red domes and a black rubber strap. Each case measures 39mm and is secured with a Velcro strap system for a comfortable fit.

LE CORBUSIER INSPIRED ULTRA EXCLUSIVITY

Swiss brand Parmigiani Fleurier is playing to those who admire the understated with the new Tonda PF Micro-Rotor Platinum Stone Blue, an ultra-exclusive edition limited to just 25 pieces.

The minimalist design and chromatic choice inspired by Le Corbusier’s palette and timeless aesthetic highlight the essentials in true Parmigiani style. And the use of the noble and precious metal, platinum, symbolises the essence of discreet refinement, paying homage to a pursuit of understated distinction, far removed from flamboyant artifices. Each component reflects exceptional attention to detail, from the sandblasted Stone Blue dial to the 18-carat rhodium-plated appliques and the 950-platinum case and bracelet.

Rarer than gold, platinum stands as the ultimate symbol of exclusivity: each watch in this collection is destined for discerning enthusiasts who view rarity as a discreet privilege. The metal retains its natural glow over time, representing a vision of durable and timeless luxury. Its soft, white-grey hue offers an incomparable visual serenity diffusing a velvety light – subtly elegant and never ostentatious.

At the heart of the Tonda PF Micro-Rotor Platinum Stone Blue lies the PF703 calibre. The ultra-thin movement features a platinum microrotor adorned with the iconic Grain d’Orge guilloché and ensures an exceptional thinness of just 7.8mm while providing a 48-hour power reserve. Unlike traditional oscillating weights, this miniature rotor frees space to reveal a carefully balanced and refined architecture, a testament to Parmigiani Fleurier’s unmatched

expertise. Every finish – from hand-decorated bridges to delicately satin-finished surfaces –embodies the brand’s unwavering commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. This watch is not a statement; it is a companion. It does not speak of wealth but of discernment. It does not shout but whispers to those who know how to listen. What the Tonda PF Micro-Rotor Platinum Stone Blue promises is excellence that transcends time.

ELEGANT NONCHALANCE

Brunello Cucinelli’s spring-summer 25 collection plays on the pleasure of dressing with ease, inspiring a relaxed style.

Pieces boast the brand’s signature excellence of cut and are enlivened with touches of colour as the delicate pastels of grapefruit, papaya and ginger act as neutrals. The overall palette transitions through a range of beiges, greys, blues and warm English white through to the elegant textures of dark brown and intense bark tones.

Cherry blossom, cream and sky blue paint the season’s most sought-after suits and natural fibres are the stars of the collection, with silk playing a leading role. Wide volumes reminiscent of the 1980s feature in precious fabrics coupled with high-performance membranes and finishes that increase protection.

Knitwear experiments with a variety of stitches and renews the way the suit is styled. Colours are scattered throughout the range, from very light knit T-shirts and polo shirts to cardigans in soft malfilé cotton, ideal for the spring months.

A new fine cashmere and linen yarn introduces sophisticated colours in lighter knits, while striped patterns create delicate accords with Panama, beige and grey tones.

And in accessories, craftsmanship and carefully selected materials lend lightness and comfort to the collection.

It's not every day that you get the chance to enjoy being treated as a queen. Fernanda Langhammer headed to Le Royal Méridien Place Vendôme Lusail for an elevated stay.

The imposing building of Le Royal Méridien Place Vendôme Lusail was the first thing that caught my attention. Looking like a magnificent European construction, it gives a sense of sophisticated flair with heritage vibes and modern amenities. With 377 rooms, suites and residences, it has a unique feature: it is connected to Place Vendôme Mall, promoting a comfortable shopping spree. With only four Le Royal Méridien concepts in the world, I was excited to experience this luxurious version of the brand.

COMFORTABLE ABODE

My chec in was done smoothly and in no time, I was in my one-bedroom suite on the seventh floor. And what a suite! I was welcomed by a personalised card, lovely flower bouquet, fruit basket and homemade chocolates placed on the big dining table. The living room was massive, with a comfortable sofa and a large, beautiful carpet with orange and grey patterns covering most of the floor. Art pieces placed throughout the room made it seem quite unique. The balcony surrounded most of the suite with views of the Le Royal Méridien Residences building and the sea in the backdrop.

The bedroom had a king-sized bed with a comfy duvet and soft pillows – pristine white as hotel bed linen should be. The washroom had a great bathtub, two sinks, a shower with a rain shower head and Malin+Goetz beauty amenities. In the colours of white and grey with marble and tiles and touches of wood, it looked sleek and contemporary. I loved the connection of the bathroom with the wardrobe area, which had plenty of space to hang my clothes and leave my personal belongings.

I contemplated this amazing suite for a while, paying attention to all the details, and I was impressed with its size. I knew it was going to be a great stay in glamorous style!

DINING EXPERIENCE

My first meal at Le Royal Méridien Place Vendôme Lusail was at Elissar Mediterranean Grill. This dining spot offers a culinary voyage across the sun-kissed shores of countries such as Greece, Spain, France, Tunisia, Morocco and Lebanon. During my visit, I encountered a buffet for lunch with an array of offers from mezze and fresh salads to beef stew and tagine. Breakfast is also offered in this space, which somehow mixes different décor and seating displays in pale blue, grey and green colours that work harmoniously to provide a casual and laid-back style. For breakfast, you will find all the regular staples such as waffles, pancakes, all sorts of bread and shakshouka, as well as various types of egg preparation. I had the Ohlala Spa and Wellness Awards Qatar 2024 event on my first night, which was beautiful but ended quite late, so the breakfast in bed the following day was a lovely touch. I had a wellness feast that was composed of an impressive selection of pastries and bread, fruits, yoghurt and eggs prepared my way and delivered to the comfort of my room – I

could easily get used to that. But on my second day, I was curious about the breakfast buffet. I headed there and found an extensive selection with an array of options to please every palate. I went for an egg white omelette, hash browns and fruits and my every morning companion: black coffee. I was presented with a rose while eating, which gave me a big smile – I love flowers.

I went to ADRIFT Anda by David Myers for dinner to try the Anda Tasting Menu by Chef Cristhian Serraino. A selection of dishes that I had the pleasure to eat while seated at the Chef's Table near Chef Akash, who was in charge of the kitchen that night. As per my preference for a pescatarian diet, the menu had to be slightly twisted. It started with Focaccina, a thin pizza dough freshly baked and accompanied by smoked aubergine, followed by the star dish for me, Tomato Tartare with stracciatella cheese, absolutely delicious. The chef explained that the tomatoes were dehydrated and then prepared with aged balsamic vinegar; it had a delightful tuna-like texture but a delicious veggie flavour. I had spinach and ricotta tortellini in tomato sauce, which was delicate and had a balanced filling without the spinach overtaking the taste. I also had a dish called Rombo, which was a cooked-toperfection turbot fish accompanied by a smooth cauliflower puree, adding an earthy touch to this delicious plate. The night ended with a delightful Crème Fraiche Sorbet that was right up my alley. I am not a big fan of sweet desserts, and this sorbet was tangy and spot-on for my palate. Jose, the attentive sommelier and Chaimaa, the hostess, made my dining experience even better with their attentiveness.

The afternoon tea at Loleyla Café was perfect for a quick bite, and I enjoyed the quiet moment to work a bit. The place is located near the reception area, with a lovely masculine vibe with black chairs and brick walls. The tiered tray had an avocado sandwich, croissant with cheese, vanilla éclair, strawberry and pistachio tart, scones and homemade chocolate that I ate with a delicious and gracefully presented Moroccan tea. I also had one of the best tiramisus I’ve ever had. It was fantastic!

AND MORE…

The weather was beautiful, so I headed to the pool area for a bit of relaxing time and sunbathing – great to replenish my Vitamin D. The space is big with many loungers with personalised yellow towels with the hotel name contrasting with the blue of the water – perfect to register an Instammagrable moment.

I also went to the shared gym for a morning run. The exercise room is spacious and equipped with brand-new Technogym machines, with the nine treadmills available facing the curved windows. I truly appreciate gyms that place their treadmills with an outdoor view.

I wanted to explore and went for a stroll at Place Vendôme Mall. A path connects the two buildings

and, in no time, the hotel corridor becomes part of the mall, and a blue carpet with Le Royal Méridien's name leads into the shopping paradise. Splendid stores with impressive windows compose this iconic destination in Qatar. However, the hotel also offers a buggy service if you don't feel like walking.

The spa is going through a transformation to be the only destination in Qatar to offer La Vallée SPA Switzerland treatments and products. I'm looking forward to coming back to try them out. Before checking out, I headed to The G.O.A.T. Sports Lounge for some nibbles. There are many games available and the atmosphere is vibrant. It was time to say goodbye, and I left with a feeling of being treated like royalty. The hotel offers all the amenities one would expect and amazing dining options. If you are looking for an urban escape, that's the place for you!

A REMARKABLE CITY ESCAPE

Hadag sampled the charms of Barcelona with a brief sojourn at one of the city’s most sought after hotels.

Barcelona is regarded as one of Spain’s mustvisit locations thanks to its cosmopolitan outlook, breathtaking architecture and vibrant atmosphere. Wonderful cuisine, unending shopping districts and splendid Mediterranean climate add to the vibe and we were spoilt for choice when visiting the luxurious Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona.

Beautiful Barcelona

As we were chauffeured through the old city’s maze of streets and squares, we were captivated by the vivacity of this avant-garde metropolis. Along with the hustle and bustle of the busy roads, we took in the array of modernist and historic buildings standing together in effortless harmony. Museums, grand churches, charming cafés, little shops, fashionable boutiques, chic retailers, attractive flower stalls and multiple restaurants of different designs were all a part of our journey. Also boasting an exceptional beach and a lively marina means Barcelona offers everything one may desire.

By the time we pulled up to the magnificent Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona, we already knew we would have to return to explore this enthralling city further.

Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona

Located in the heart of the famous Passeig de Gracia, we can honestly say this contemporary, five-star property not only provides easy access to all the city offers but employs the most friendly and attentive staff you could hope for. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like gold, provided more assistance than we could have asked for and experienced a hasslefree check in.

Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona contains 120 rooms and suites across eight floors, several dining venues, meeting facilities, beautiful gardens and an award-winning spa.

Escorted to my Deluxe Suite, the moment the door opened, the sight of the room was enough to make me smile broadly. With an array of even grander suites than my own available, it’s no surprise that the rich and famous frequent this luxurious location.

The Deluxe Suite

The first feature I noticed about my accommodation was its sheer size. It has to be one of the largest rooms I have had the pleasure of staying in over my years of travel. Adding to the spacious nature of the room was a terrace overlooking the Mimosa Garden. This stunning feature ensured a superb view and allowed fresh air to flood the suite.

Thanks to the ample natural light in the space, I could fully appreciate the soothing colour palette, light wooden floors, custom-made woven rugs and high-quality furniture throughout. The large bed was extremely comfortable, allowing for a peaceful night’s rest. A designated working area situated in the bedroom, contained an impressive and functional desk and chair combination.

Adjacent to the bedroom lies a separate living

room with a dining table, comfy seating, a largescreen television and other practical furnishings. The spa-inspired, marble-clad bathroom included a large bath and a walk-in shower with tasteful décor throughout.

Yet another welcoming touch was the arrangement left for me on the table. An assortment of nuts, dried fruits, juices, bottled waters, desserts and a large, fresh fruit platter, was a fantastic way to start my stay.

Furthermore, a 24-hour butler service is available for all suites ensuring your desires will be attended to speedily.

Fine Dining Moments

As evening arrived, we were invited to visit the prestigious two-Michelin-starred restaurant, Moments. It didn’t take long to figure out why it’s regarded as Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona’s premium dining location.

This award-winning venue is run by multiMichelin star winner Carme Ruscalleda and her son Raül Balam and boasts a menu second to none. The fresh and healthy cuisine, inspired by Catalan culinary culture, is creatively presented and tastes sublime. The beautiful décor helps to create a charming atmosphere that further adds to this already outstanding culinary experience.

The restaurant’s professional and knowledgeable team was not only on hand to serve but to educate us on our ‘Tasting Menu’ experience – a selection of 11 dishes, each more delicious than the last, if that’s actually possible.

From the exquisitely flavourful sea bream with fennel and caviar to deer loin with roasted truffled parsnip, an extensive and impressive cheese cart and delightful bite-sized pastry desserts, every morsel was simply divine and we were thoroughly spoiled.

Aside from Moments, the hotel also houses various other exceptional culinary outlets.

Blanc

This all-day dining venue is a remarkable restaurant featuring striking décor and a superb menu. The à la carte breakfasts, with a vast spread of fresh fruits, organic yoghurts, bagels, fresh pastries, wide range of eggs and cereals, along with a selection of traditional Catalan options, are a favourite amongst patrons.

La Tavola

If you're in the mood for Italian food, look no further than La Tavola. Traditional recipes have been combined with fresh ingredients from the region, resulting in a collection of outstanding dishes. Classic Italian cuisine, including phenomenal pizzas, antipasto, melanzane alla parmigiana, caprese salad and buratta with prosciutto di Parma, are just a few of the delicious options on offer. The delectable Tiramisu is one of several mouth-watering desserts to tempt the taste buds.

Other hotel venues include Terrat, with its 360-degree view, Banker’s Bar, with a ceiling covered in old safety deposit boxes, and Mimosa Garden, a delightful and exclusive al fresco venue filled with lavender and sunshine.

Spa & Wellness

During our stay, we were given a tour of the

hotel’s celebrated spa. Boasting an area of 1,000sq/m, this grand centre is equipped with all the amenities required for complete relaxation. Experiencing this intimate, minimalist space displaying a contemporary style but with an exquisite Oriental touch, we perused the eight spacious treatment rooms in complete serenity. Four of these rooms house aromatherapy showers, two are treatment suites for couples and two are Oriental suites with whirlpool baths and futons for the traditional Thai massage.

The Spa includes an expansive 12-metre heated indoor swimming pool, a hammam, rainforest showers and a fitness centre.

Located on the minus one level of the hotel, the fully equipped fitness centre boasts state-of-the-art Techno Gym machines and is accessible 24/7 for all guests. Numerous activities are also offered, including personal training services with individualised guidance or private yoga classes.

Over All Too Soon

Having thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay, we relived our experiences on the six-and-ahalf-hour flight back to the Middle East. The luxurious rooms, the friendly hotel staff, the delicious cuisine and the beautiful city sites, all made for an unforgettable mini adventure.

GOLDEN SUNSETS ON THE SANDSTONE CLIFFS OF BALI

As far as tropical islands go, this enchanting piece of the Earth ticks all the boxes required to be classified as a true paradise.

Bali. It is a location on almost every true adventurer’s bucket list. Just the name of this magical island is enough to invoke visions of lush tropical forests, pristine white-sand beaches, clear sparkling waters and an endless blue sky. Recently, Hadag received an invitation from the luxurious Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts to visit this exclusive spot in Ungasan at the southernmost tip of the island.

Breathtaking Bali

Approaching by air, we were mesmerised by the location and what was to be our home for the next few days. As far as tropical islands go, this enchanting piece of the Earth ticks all the boxes required to be called a true paradise. After touching down, we breezed through customs and were welcomed by a full limo service that whisked us toward our destination.

The Resort

A short drive through winding roads lined with abundant vegetation, and we found ourselves at the grand lobby of Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts.

In this high-ceilinged open area, the green surroundings, artistry and architecture merge to create a gallery-like space that seamlessly blends the island’s past with its present. We were captivated by the striking metal and hand-blown chandelier, along with all the other details telling the story of Bali’s rich cultural heritage.

Greeted by the friendliest of staff and a delightful drink prepared using the local marigold flower, we felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. We barely had the chance to greet all the welcoming faces before our check in was complete and we were soon being escorted to our villa by Richard, our dedicated curator. Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts boasts some of this world-famous destination’s most stunning ocean views and 72 luxuriously curated villas. The resort's layout features cascading terraces atop limestone cliffs, reminiscent of uma, or ancient rice paddy fields, from which it gets its name. The lavish retreat also houses a grand ballroom, a large meeting room, a beautiful chapel overlooking the Indian Ocean, a main infinity pool and a kids’ club. A holistic spa contains sanctuary rooms, a relaxation area, an indoor yoga pavilion, a sauna, a steam room, hot and cold plunge pools and an outdoor spa pool. Additionally, a fitness centre is open 24 hours a day for all guests.

Ocean Pool Villa

Our one-bedroom Ocean Pool Villa was 403sq/m of pure luxury. Moving through our spacious living area, we were met by an openair paradise adorned with stunning views and a Balinese bale – a straw roofed structure. Every villa in the resort has its infinity pool, and we took full advantage of our 10-metre version on many occasions throughout our stay. We loved the natural light illuminating the marble bathroom, featuring a rainfall shower and deep soaking tub. There was also a second shower located outside.

Haute Cuisine

Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts boasts a diverse range of first-class, in-house restaurants and bars. The hotel sources 80% of its produce from local farms and its hydroponic herb and vegetable garden. This means the freshest and most appetising dining experiences imaginable for all guests.

On our first evening, we experienced The Commune, a location we would come to know quite well during our stay. Although the restaurant offers an eclectic mix of international, Asian and local cuisine, we opted for the Balinese dishes, sampling many on our first night. We were hugely grateful that we did. We were fortunate enough to revisit this venue for breakfast, enjoying a semi-buffet style meal consisting of fresh fruits, juices, yoghurts, granola and pastry options. There was an egg station and additional hot selections for those who wanted a more substantial early meal. These scrumptious extras were made up mostly of rice and chicken. As guests, we could also order anything we liked from the à la carte menu.

Oliverra, is a high-end restaurant perched on a cliff with stunning Instagrammable terrace views of the ocean. This idyllic venue is where we dined during a mesmerising sunset on the second night of our stay.

Specialising in Mediterranean cuisine, Oliverra proved to be a real gem. The grilled scallops and octopus were the standout dishes for the evening, as was the perfectly cooked steak –one of the best we’ve tasted.

Beach Club

As the resort is positioned on a steep cliff, we had the privilege of being driven by car to the famous Melasti Beach below. Five to seven minutes after leaving the hotel, we had our toes in the white sand, feeling the warm ocean lapping against our ankles.

Offering Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, Uma Beach House sources its ingredients from the local fisheries of Sanur and farms around the Ungasan and Kintamani areas. We were once again spoilt by what was placed in front of us. A truly delectable dining experience.

Picturesque Village Walk

One of the activities organised for us during our stay was a village walk. This experience took us past paddy fields and through the local town. We took in the traditional Balinese houses and the many temples scattered around the area. We passed schools with little kids dressed in adorable pink uniforms who were quick to greet us with big smiles.

Lucky enough to eat a traditional breakfast in one of the houses we encountered, we sampled a couple of firsts. The meal started with Klepon, a local sweet made with rice dough and what we can only describe as coconut pockets filled with sugarcane syrup and coffee. Next was a plate of steamed rice and Chicken Lilit, which is like a chicken kebab. A second chicken dish mixed with sambal matah meant a chilli flavour that left a great taste in the mouth. Overall, this was a novel and interesting experience for us.

Balinese Massage

After the village walk, we indulged in a relaxing spa treatment – perfect timing!

As we stepped into the beautifully designed spa, we were warmly welcomed. After filling out a brief form regarding our general health, preferred massage pressure and focus spots, we were led to the treatment area. Our experience began with a soothing foot wash, setting the stage for the ultimate relaxation. What followed was 60 minutes of pure bliss – a perfectly executed Balinese massage with aromatic oil that not only eased our muscles but also rejuvenated our souls.

Culture Cooking Class

Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts offers a range of curated experiences for guests and the one activity that we will forever cherish, as dedicated foodies, was a cooking class where we excitedly learned to make the meal we had eaten on our village walk.

We took great pleasure in discovering the authentic recipe for Chicken Lilit, a special dish made for celebrations. Next, we were shown how to combine the chillis, shallots, lemon grass and several other ingredients to create sambal matah. Once mixed, this delicious condiment is cooked as hot coconut oil is poured over it. We fell in love with it and even requested some of the local chillis to try it at home.

On this note, coffee lovers should book the coffee tasting experience, during which a seasoned barista will take you through a journey of aromas and flavours featuring local beans and a variety of blends.

Fabulous Floating Breakfast

Amongst the other memorable activities we enjoyed during our stay was the delightful floating breakfast.

Slipping into our private pool on a warm and sunny morning, we once again ordered the Indonesian option as we had by now fallen in love with the local cuisine. This was a memorable way to appreciate our final meal at the resort before taking our leave of this magical island which has carved a place in our hearts.

CHIC, REFINED AND OH SO TASTY

A trip to Mr. Tailor Steakhouse in Doha found Liz O’Reilly revelling in stylish décor accompanied by deeply flavoursome, high-quality culinary offerings.

The excited chatter of multinational guests greeted us as we headed through the lobby of the Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha to Mr. Tailor Steakhouse and it was great to see the impressive space busy and buzzing.

Once inside the restaurant, I was immediately impressed with the amount of thought that has gone into providing numerous different seating options. From semi-private booths and more open tables and banquettes to an opulent mirrored drinks area, where blackand-white illusion flooring gives an Art Deco feel, every type of gathering is catered for.

The plush green and cream seating is both comfortable and striking and the atmosphere is very much chic and refined with an undercurrent of fun. The music choice –vintage David Bowie on my visit – adds to the sense of slightly off-beat hipness, while shards of light from a glittering chandelier bounced off numerous black-and-white images of Hollywood icons exciting discussion about who’s the absolute coolest of them all – Marlon Brando got my vote.

Taking advantage of the gorgeous spring weather and we took a seat outside to await the selection of dishes the chef had prepared for us, beginning with an amazing amuse

bouche of octopus brioche – a morsel of tasty, chewy octopus in a crispy and a flaky croissant-like bombe – accompanied by three different butters, one of which was dotted with flavourful black nori, a fresh combination to which I kept returning.

The Haikado Scallops that followed were almost too pretty to eat. Cooked and presented on the shell, with smoke billowing for the perfect Instagram shot, they sat in a delicious creamy sauce with matsutake mushroom and Ikura caviar. The seafood was tender and sweet, perfectly complemented by the tart saltiness of the caviar. And the quality of this dish gave a great indication of what was to come.

Beef Cecina, aged, cured meat, was served hanging from a cute mini stand accompanied by shaved curls of Swiss cheese. Fabulously rich and lightly salty, a generous dollop of homemade kumquat marmalade really brought out the flavours of both meat and cheese, a genius, palate pleasing stroke.

Beef Tartare plated at the table and served with super thin toasted sourdough topped with a quail’s egg was simply sublime, the perfect combination of seasonings rendering the highquality raw meat superbly tasty and digestible. Next up, Wagyu Maki introduced a whole range of elements – a topping of fried asparagus strands added a salty, crunchy touch providing the perfect textural foil to the beef, which was buttery, tender and flavourful. Combined with avocado and cucumber, wrapped in a wafer-thin layer of beef and set atop a nori leaf, this whole experience was a treat for the taste buds that was subtly elevated by a topping of black caviar and an amazing homemade sauce, the ingredients of which are a closely guarded secret. I honestly could have eaten just these; they were beautifully satisfying and the whole range of flavours incorporated in each roll gave the feeling of having enjoyed a complete meal with each mouthful.

For our final savoury dish, we chose the 8+ Wagyu fillet which was a celebration of the Earth’s bounty. The deep marbling oozing flavour-filled juices, my knife literally slid through the tender, succulent meat bringing an explosion of subtle gaminess. Served alongside it was a rich marrow bone, the umami creaminess perfectly offsetting the intensity of the meat. The accompany king oyster mushrooms added a sweet, harmonious depth alongside a crunchy vegetable selection and the bright, herbaceous tang of chimichurri, which cut through the richness of the plate. There really should not have been room for dessert but I am a big fan of raspberries and simply could not resist the Belgian Chocolate Raspberry Cake – although, I have to admit, I didn’t try very hard.

A thing of great beauty, the rich mousse and sponge cake was topped with sticky chocolate ganache and fresh berries alongside chocolate crumb and raspberry coulis. I can honestly say, I am smiling just writing about it. If it’s possible to taste dark sweetness, this was it. And the berries and other fruits alongside provided a wonderful contrast. We really could not have asked for a better conclusion to our meal. From arriving at the chic drinks area with its gold and green high stools, to the warm welcome and personal attention from the

chef to the wonderful quality of absolutely everything we were served, Mr. Tailor was an experience of cosy, sophisticated gastronomy from beginning to end. I cannot recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return.

HEAVENLY FLAVOURS

Fresh ingredients met the art of Greek culinary adventure when Fernanda Langhammer paid a visit to Astéria to discover this new venue’s exceptional offerings.

Astéria means stars in Greek and the outlet does shoot to them when it comes to delivering amazing ambience and delectable cuisine. The fresh new eatery, or perhaps we should say a bright new star in Bahrain's culinary scene, has found its place in the heart of Block 338.

Offering a fine dining experience with Greek and Mediterranean staples, it will illuminate our evenings with impressive dishes and an elevated atmosphere. Get ready to be taken on an Odyssey of flavours.

My dining companion and I reached Astéria and, after a quick elevator ride up, the doors opened to this entirely renovated and enchanting venue. Greeted with ‘Kalispera’ (which means good evening in Greek), we were taken to our table. The space is divided into three areas: an indoor lounge with a DJ booth and smoking and nonsmoking dining rooms. The décor features soft tones of beige and white with Greek columns, clay vases and mosaics on the wall, giving an Ancient Greek vibe without overdoing it. The predominant warm white shade reminded me of the soft sunlight that kisses this country known for its many islands and blissful beaches.

A marble fish counter is placed near the open kitchen, from which you can choose the freshest catch of the day. If you want, you can peek at the spotless kitchen where Chef Antonios Chasanos (the Greek chef who landed in Bahrain a few months ago to conceptualise Astéria's menu) and his team bring the dishes to life.

I am a huge enthusiast of Greek cuisine. I have visited the country many times, including several cities in the Peloponnese and a few of the islands. The expansive menu at Astéria shows that Chef Antonios is bringing authentic dishes from various regions, adding his personal touch to them. I couldn't wait to get tasting. We had a lot of dishes, but I will highlight a few as I, unfortunately, have a limited word count. We chose our drinks. Philia, made with passion fruit, vanilla, pomegranate and grapefruit soda, was super refreshing, while Lalia was an interesting mix of orange, coconut cream, honeycomb and lime. Also from Greece, Mike, the man behind the bar creations, explained that he likes to play with ingredients and create drinks that play with the palate and imagination. The presentation is an essential part of the experience and, if you like to try drinks with unexpected flavours, you must visit Astéria's bar and chat with Mike.

A selection of dips reached our table: Tzatziki, the iconic Greek yoghurt with cucumber, garlic and fresh herbs; Melitzanosalata, smoked eggplant pureé, peppers, pickled baby aubergine, pecan and fresh herbs; Tirokafteri, Greek feta pureé with fresh red chilli, paprika and pine nuts; and Taramosalata, creamy fish paste with olive oil, salmon roe and dill – served with fresh bread. They were all absolutely delicious and my companion's favourite part of the meal, but for me, the Tirokafteri is a musttry, super creamy feta cheese seasoned with a hint of smoke and a spicy kick, a flavour that is impossible to forget.

From the Fresh and Raw part of the menu,

we tried two types of carpaccio, tomato and zucchini. Both were served theatrically by one of our brilliant waiters, Joy De Palash, who rolled them skillfully at our table. The thin slices of fresh heirloom tomato and zucchini mixed with their unique seasonings were a veggie's heaven in a mouthful. The Seabass Tartare was beautifully composed of small cubes of fish accompanied by diced tomatoes, cucumber, shallot, olives, capers, basil and orange gel with a tangy citrus dressing. It was really refreshing mixing tender pieces of seabass with crunchy elements and zesty flavours. The Lamb Tonnato was quite a surprise, slow-cooked lamb sliced thinly and bathed in creamy tuna sauce, it was super soft and aromatic with a lovely, sweet tone. It was time to move to the hot appetisers, usually my favourite part of any meal, and Astéria delivered them with mastery! We had the Grilled Baby Squid Skewers, which were spectacular – charcoal grilled and served with squid ink tarama (a creamy mixture of fish roe, lemon and bread, painted grey with the ink). Our other super attentive waiter, Abdulatif, prepared the dish in front of our eyes, removing the squid from the skewers and mixing it with the tarama, olive oil and lemon before serving. Think of flawlessness in a spoonful. I am not a big fan of squid, but this one was perfectly cooked with a smoky hint, and the smooth texture of tarama made it just a superb bite. We also had the Grilled Octopus, which was just as amazing, and one of my favourite hot appetisers when in Greece: Fried Cheese Pie (also known as Tiropitaki). Thin filo pastry stuffed with Greek feta mousse accompanied by Manouri cheese, drizzled with thyme honey and sesame seeds. Not every place does it right, but guess what? The one at Astéria is worth the visit. Moving to mains, we had a beautifully presented Greek Lobster Pasta, tender pieces of lobster placed on a bed of basil-tomato linguine, basil oil, lemon zest and herbs. The plate resembled a lobster (with a head and tail made of ceramic), and the recipe was placed in the centre. The pasta was al-dente and the tomato sauce paired really well with the tender pieces of lobster –yum! The other main was the Gemista Risotto, a re-interpretation of the traditional stuffed capsicum. A creamy risotto with elevated flavours composed of peppers, semi-dried tomato, zucchini, mint, dill and kefalograviera cheese –comforting flavours and delicious texture. The desserts have their own dedicated menu, and we chose the Yoghurt Gelato and Chocolate Soufflé. I had only one spoon of the first one; my dining companion was not keen on sharing it. It was truly delicious and very light, with a tangy yet sweet hint from the Greek yoghurt. I actually didn't care much that she was not sharing the gelato because the Chocolate Soufflé was my favourite! Baked dark chocolate with a super light cake-like texture oozing with a melted chocolate centre and a scoop of vanilla on top – it was like a warm hug – absolutely delicious. After a meal that gave us a refined fine-dining feel with authentic yet creative dishes, superb attention from the entire staff and a unique serving style, it was time to say goodbye, leaving a taste of see you really soon!
