Limited to internal team members. Alignment and engagement of the team towards the care department pillars. Video effectively presents upcoming information on the website and demonstrates the concrete caring process for special items.

Learnings

Internal showcasing events help align the team and create a shared understanding of the care department’s goals. Visual presentations, such as videos, are effective in conveying information and generating excitement about upcoming developments. Clear communication channels, such as newsletters and posts, are essential for sharing new information with team members and customers after the website launch. Once the website is launched, it will be important to effectively communicate all the new information through newsletters and social media posts.
