1: The 3 months discipleship training at Wolseley finishes today. It has been a life changing experience for the students. Praise God for the way in which He has renewed their way of thinking and doing.

2 Neels de Jager leaves for Europe. He meets with an organization in Germany that has funded many of FCE’s projects. FCE also assists them in training their missionary students. Ask God to bless the discussions and planning.

4: Birthday: Reinette Holtzhausen

5 Pray for Carel Els, Ameck and Joseph of Kalungu who are initiating a seminar for the pastors in the vicinity. Pray for unity in the body of Christ in this region and good relationships.

6 Most of our people at Koti ni Eden suffers from Malaria. Many had to take quinine more than once. PLEASE pray for wisdom and for ways to minimizes the malaria outbreaks.

7 At Koti ni Eden FCE staff, students, scholars and workers gather on Thursdays to praise and worship the Lord. This is a time of fellowship, sharing and ministering. Pray that these prayer meetings will create opportunities for the Holy Spirit to work.

8: Birthday: Piet du Toit/ Carel Els

9. Students for the Mission Training are traveling to Zambia from SA to continue the next leg of training. Pray for safety, provision and favour on borders as some are flying and others are traveling over land through Namibia.

10 Carel, Rene and Abigail Els drive to Malawi to assist Moses and Regina with follow-up work in the villages. Regina has started a work amongst the women and they are involved in the Firm Foundation Teachings. Trust the Lord that people will come to know Him as their Saviour.

11 Jesaja and Malinda are at the Malawi Lake. Malinda teaches staffs’ children and Jesaja helps with the day to day running of the Centre. Pray for good relationships, finances costs opportunities to earn the trust of the people and surrounding communities.

12 On Tuesdays and Thursdays Lydia, Renee and Karen teach the women in the villages in Kalungu to read and write. They also address topics like marriages and child stimulation. Ask the Holy Spirit to minister to the needs of these women.

13 On Wednesdays FCE staff fast and pray during mealtimes. We declare our dependency on Him, we acknowledge Him as our Lord and King and we make our needs known to him. Pray that the Lord will reveal His heart to us and that we will be obedient to His voice.

15 Today is the conclusion of the Discipleship Mission Training at Kalungu. Pray for the students who prepare to continue with their mission training. Ask God to reveal to them His heart for the lost..

17 We are in the process to put up an emergency care unit at the clinic at Koti ni Eden. We need equipment like mobile suctions and defibrillators – these are expensive apparatus. Trust the Lord to provide the finances and qualified people to train us in emergency procedures.

19 Thank the Lord for the FCE Guesthouses and the Biltong Shops. Pray for the people who manage it and the people who work there daily. Pray for guests and clients.

20 One of our workers Ivory past away some time ago. His wife and children had to move further away from the school. It was Ivory’s wish that his children continue at FCE’s school. Thank the Lord for the bicycles that were provided to these two kids that enables them to attend school. God is Good.

21 Pray for the group of farmers who is sending a truck with equipment for the vegetable project to Kalungu. These men are dedicated to help us provide nourishing food in the area. Praise the Lord for their commitment, their time and their financial input.

22. Thank the Lord for Kees Klaasen who organised with Samarathen Purse to send Shoeboxes with gifts for children from poor communities and schools in Namibia and Zambia. Much effort, finances and work were put into this project, but is was a blessing to the children who are less privilege.

23 Carel Nel, Faffa and Bret are traveling through Africa to take shoots for FCE’s latest DVD. Pray that the Lord will bless them with, finances and creative ideas to make a DVD that reveals God’s glory through the work done by FCE.

24 Pray for finances for houses for the staff at Koti ni Eden. Staff members are at present staying in the students’ dormitories and more than one family are living together in the single homes.

25 Students from Wolseley and Kalungu join together in Kalungu to start with the 2nd phase of their DiscipleshipMission Training. Pray for especially the Westerners who have to adapt to a different country and lifestyle.

26 Dolf, Isak and Christoff from Breedenet Worcester travel to Koti ni Eden to install internet solution to advance the communication at Koti ni Eden. THANK the Lord for their commitment, their time and finances.

27 Praise and thank the Lord for the installation of electricity at Koti ni Eden. Brad from Australia sends Joshua to Koti ni Eden to install electricity at the CTC and his company also finaces this project.

28 The children from the schools at Koti ni Eden, Kalungu and Malawi reach out to the children in other schools in the vicinity and in the villages. Ask God to give our children an understanding for their parents involvement in Missions.

29 Today theconference for the FCE guesthouses starts at Okahandja. Pray for the gueshouse manangers for wisdom to make wise decisions, and creative ideas so market the guesthouses. Thank the Lord for His blessing on the King’s Highway Guesthouses.

30 Patience, Abel and Gloria’s daughter got excellent results in her first term at college in Lusaka. The Lord also provided her study fees. We rejoice with the family for God’s divine intervention and blessing.
