FRIDAY 1: Birthday: Madelein Bezuidenhout
Prayer Calendar 3: Thank God for the faithfulness of the teachers of Doxa Deo School in Pretoria, who are taking groups of children on outreaches to Kalungu every year. Pray God’s blessing on this group as they travel home.
4: The Discipleship Course (DMT) starts in Wolseley and in Kalungu. Thank God for those attending and ask that He will accomplish His will in each student’s life.
5: Pray for wisdom and creativity for Piet and Elma du Toit and Dalene Treptow, who are coordinating the discipleship course in Wolseley. Pray the same for the coordinators of the course in Kalungu.
6: Thank God for the truck that traveled safely from Wolseley to Koti ni Eden during June. Thank Him for all the building supplies that could be carried to Zambia and for finances provided for the trip.
10: Birthday: Dirk Grobbelaar
11: A magazine has been put together to celebrate FCE’s 21st birthday. Pray that this magazine will be printed without errors. Trust God for all finances needed for this to be done.
12: Pray for the completion of a new DVD on FCE and for the finances needed for this.
13: Staff at Kalungu and 14: Thank God for student Koti ni Eden participated sponsorships that came in the Global Day of Prayer through from Canada. during June. They formed a prayer chain for 10 preceding days. Praise God for breakthroughs that they experienced in their personal prayer lives.
17: Birthday: Gert Basson
18: Pray for teachers to enrol for the National Christian Teachers’ Convention that will take place in Bloemfontein during the September holidays.
19: Thank God for the 20: Birthday: Abraham le new FCE shop at Ibenga, Roux a small town near Koti ni Eden. The purpose of the shop is to create finances to pay the salaries of the workers at Koti ni Eden.
21: Thank God for 22: Birthday: Georg Paul Deon Veldsman and Josh Woodhouse who installed the electrical cables at the CTC buildings. Pray that Zesco will soon connect the power.
24: Ask God to send in more lecturers for the Teachers’ Training College.
25: Pray for Reinette Holtzhausen, lecturer at the Teachers Training College, who is currently doing her Masters Degree in Education through Southland College in Australia.
26: The mission training group had many opportunities to reach out to people in Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Tanzania. Ask that God will keep His Word active in the hearts of those with whom they could share His love and truth.
28: Pray that children in the community school in Koti ni Eden will be open to receive Jesus as their Saviour. Pray for their teachers to keep on teaching and loving them faithfully, day in and day out.

27: Thank God that there are fewer malaria cases during this winter time. Pray that all who have been sick will be able to fully recover and regain their strength.
7: Thank God for Me- 8: Birthday: Lydia Phiri linda Strűmpfer in Malawi who, together with her class, are reaching out to the local school. Ask that God will use these outreaches to bring teachers and children to Him. 15: Pray for Neels and Anita de Jager who are preparing to leave for Europe. Pray for their protection during traveling. Ask that they will fully enjoy a time of rest, as they plan to take two weeks’ leave.
SATURDAY 2: Thank God for Tokai Community Church (Cape Town) and D.F. Malan School in Bellville who are on outreach to Koti ni Eden. Pray that they and other outreach groups will travel back to South Africa safely. 9: An outreach group from Port Elizabeth tiles the floor in one of the passages in the Wolseley hostel. Thank God for this group and ask that they will experience the joy of giving while being busy with this project. 16: The first interviews for applicants who want to study at the College during 2012, are taking place. Ask that God will clearly show which applicants need to be selected.
23: Staff in Koti ni Eden are preparing for the 21st birthday celebration of FCE. Ask that they will find joy in doing so and that God will give them much creativity in honouring Him through these preparations.
29: Pray for Hendrik and 30: Birthday: Neels de Carien Jansen who are Jager and Carel Nel bringing the 3rd year teacher students to South Africa for a field trip. Ask that this time of exposure will broaden the minds and enlarge the vision of the students.
