Location: Archer St, North Adelaide.

The site exists in the city living zone, directly bordering next to the city main street zone where the education and shopping village exist in the city main street zone. Because of the proximity to the city main street zone, there exists primarily retail and commercial buildings on O’Connell and ward street, while the city living zone consists of low rise building with home based business and residential buildings on archer street and Walter Street. The Development proposal suggests multiple programs within the site having urban community spaces which offers comfortable and affordable Venue that can leverage off the site’s proposed land use and provides a place and platform for the community of the Adelaide. the existing built structure on site will be demolished, expect church building and blue stone building that will be remain same and will be used for the further development.
