Simplicity during the process to cut dough into square or rectangular shapes makes the DMQ (manual square divider) a piece of contemporary bakery equipment to be reckoned with. A machine designed for producing ciabatta bread, baguettes and other types of bread, with lengths of between 40mm and 400mm. DMQ's are extremely reliable and efficient machines, along the same lines that we are used to with the DMF (Ferneto Manual Dividers), but with the particular feature that the press is removable and can be replaced with another or removed for cleaning.
