There will be millions wanting to get tickets that will not be able to get them. There will only be 102 performances in 2020. They are already scheduled and we already have reserved and signed our contracts for 40 of the performances in Category 1 (the best seating)! Also, on all of our dates we have been guaranteed our groups will stay in Deluxe Hotels! The vast majority of the tickets will be sold through consolidators to other tour companies. All of our tickets and accommodations are directly with Oberammergau. Loyalty is rewarded - we bring 4 to 6 buses to Oberammergau each year that spend two nights in Oberammergau. Also to make sure we get what we needed, the owners of Fun For Less Tours have made three special trips to Oberammergau over the last 7 years. The Famous White Pass Train to Skagway This is an Alaska Adventure, like no other! You may have enjoyed a wonderful Alaska Cruise in the past, BUT you have NEVER experienced Alaska and Canada’s Yukon Territory like this. We have a great relationship with Holland America Cruise Line. Holland America has a really good land tour of Alaska and Canada’s Yukon Territory that they combine with a special 4 night inside passage cruise that sails through the best of Alaska’s inside passage. We want this package for our passengers, but we just wanted to improve it, giving us our own private improved tour. They said yes! This special land tour, combined with the perfect cruise is now going to be done our way. We took the Holland package and made the following changes only for our passengers. We changed hotels, we upgraded to the Captain Cook Hotel which is listed as #3 out of 72 hotels in Anchorage, and then added an additional night in the Captain Cook Hotel. We then designed our own program. Here are more of the changes we made to improve the program: we included airport transfers in Anchorage and Vancouver, we added a tour in Anchorage, we added lunch on the McKinley Explorer Luxury domed cars while traveling to Denali, we added an extra night in Fairbanks, we added a fantastic river paddle boat ride with lunch to an Indian Village up stream out of Fairbanks on our extra day, we added a show in Dawson and we added Glenn Rawson as educator and so much more. Our tour was designed by Jim and Carol Tyndall (the owners of Fun For Less Tours) after many weeks of exploration in China. In 2015 we added an optional extension to Zhangjiajie onto our China tour. China is Jim and Carol’s favorite place to visit in the world. They have been there more than 20 times with groups and on their own explorations. They were amazed at the unique beauty of the little known Zhangjiajie National Forest. They spent three days exploring Zhangjiajie and during that time they saw plenty of Chinese tourists, but never saw any European or American tourists. Zhangjiajie is now their favorite place in China! They had to find a way to add it to our already special China Tour. If you saw the movie Avatar, the stunningly beautiful hanging mountains were actually filmed in Zhangjiajie. They filmed the Zhangjiajie Mountains and then cut off the bottoms to give the illusion that they were hanging in midair. The Avatar Mountains do exist and they are in Zhangjiajie, China!
