BUTLERS END Beausale | Warwick | Warwickshire | CV35 7NS

Amongst the rolling farmland of the picturesque Warwickshire countryside, lies a fabulous family home, alive with colour throughout the seasons. The property identified by its attractive ash trees and great expanse of lush lawns – has been the family home to Ron and Maureen for the past 37 years, providing a spectacular setting to raise their children. “First of all, I must say that our home is the most peaceful, beautiful, wonderful place to live,” describes Ron, “We were initially attracted to the rural lifestyle, we wanted to be in a small village away from the hustle and bustle and we truly found that here. Being not too far from Warwick, Kenilworth and Leamington, here in Beausale, we really do have the best of all worlds”. The bungalow is set on a quiet country lane with no through access, so passing traffic is limited to one neighbour. Tucked away in this remote paradise, it is impossible to see any other buildings from any part of the plot. The property is large and spacious, providing an excellent setting for a young family to grow into. With so much space, children are safely allowed the freedom of an old fashioned upbringing, playing hide and seek in the apple orchard, picking vegetables from the kitchen garden or kicking a football on the lawn. An afternoon stroll along the nearby public footpaths will lead you deeper into the countryside, ideal for dog walking. “We have always enjoyed our conservatory,” continues Ron, “It is our favourite room in the house as it has spectacular views across the gardens and towards our beautiful bird feeder. Our much loved garden is always peaceful with beautiful trees and hedges creating an ideal habitat for a variety of wild birds which are a joy to observe.” From the autumnal oranges of trees and shrubs during the later part of the year to the fragrant red roses and exquisite pink and purple hydrangeas and rhododendrons, the property is set to a backdrop of dramatic colours throughout the seasons.
