Originally built in 1823 this distinguished property was converted in the 1980s to create an exclusive estate of homes. by Lord Willoughby de Broke in 1823, Norton Grange started life as a mansion house with stables. It remained in the family for nearly 150 years until it was bought by famous huntsman, Josh Fielding. Directions Follow the A425 east from Leamington Spa towards Southam. Take the third exit at the roundabout heading south onto the Fosse Way/ B4455 towards Cirencester. Travel for approximately 9 miles then take a left at the roundabout onto the B4086. Upon entering the village of Kineton take the right hand turn onto Bridge Street which immediately after HSBC bank. Cross the bridge over the River Dene and pass the Kineton sports and social club on the left hand side.

Take the next right hand turn after passing Tysoe Road on your left.

As you enter the estate there will be a fork in the road, take the right. Norton Grange is the second building on the right. Keeping Norton Grange on your right follow the road around the building and private parking is accessed via gates.

STRATFORD UPON AVON The enchanting town of Stratford upon Avon is a popular tourist destination owing to its status as birthplace of the playwright and poet William Shakespeare with 5 million visitors a year from all over the world.
