Papillon Hall

C

an you hear the sound of gossamer wings stroking the air? A brightly coloured papillon makes it’s way without much care. Few things found in nature are as beautiful as this. Just a short time ago, it emerged from it’s chrysalis. The grounded larva has undergone a metamorphosis. In this sultry summer season is where you belong.

PAPILLON HALL Ullenhall | Henley-in-Arden | Warwickshire | B95 5PN

L

e Papillon or ‘the butterfly,’ gives its name to a home that may best be described as a contemporary English Chateau with a footprint that silhouettes the shape of a ‘papillon’ in full summer bloom. An idea originally conceived by the celebrated architect of many English country homes, Edwin Luytens. The hall enjoys a dominant elevated setting with far reaching views over an undulating Warwickshire landscape. The best of “England’s green and pleasant land” and also recognised as Shakespeare country.

U

pon entering Papillon Hall you are welcomed into the marbled atrium that provides for a light and airy ambience and offers daylight to all three floors of this stately property.

The main reception accommodation to the ground floor embraces a suite of rooms that reflect the status of the house yet retain a homely feel that, combined, make for a comfortable family home.
