GENDER AND HEALTY IMPROVEMENT
Knowing that our society is in a great risk due to different diseases that affect its member, and knowing that it lack enough awareness of those diseases and how it can stay safe from and if ready affected how one can go through to ensure he or she improve…. AIESEC UDOM has designed and initiated different project under this drive to provide knowledge to the members of the society on different disease and ways under which members of the can stay safe.. Under this drive we have initiated ASK project which provide awareness to the members of the society about HIV/AIDS, how people acquire, the impact and way forward to the problem… also the project involve voluntary test and counseling. Also under Gender and Health Improvement we have “Your
Health Begins with You” which deals wit Urinary Tract Infections (UTI)

CAREER AND LEADERSHIP
Knowing that our Society need Great Leaders who will bring it to the betterment and wellbeing, we AIESEC UDOM we have designed project under National Driver Career and Leadership under which through this project youth will learn about Leadership, how a good leader should be and impact of bad leader to their society. Under this project Interns will have to; 1. Prepare to host Leadership Challenge: 2 weeks challenge where students will work in teams competing against each other 2. Work with different partners to support preparation of workshops. 3. Organize different workshops with partners to increase capacity of employability of participants. 4. Organize the award/ prize for winning team of Leadership Challenge. 5. Participating in AIESEC's "Africa in Me" competition - using video or photo to showcase experience in Tanzania. 6. CULTURE & GLOBALIZATION
As the world has become a village, we need to understand of what is going outside our really home, we need to learn about other culture so that we can adopt with the changes that happen in the world. Knowing this AIESEC UDOM – Tanzania have a chance where other AIESECers from different parts of the world can come, meet new and well minded young people, learn about their culture as well as teaching them much about theirs…. This is very important project because culture is all about what we were doing what are we doing now and also about our future… we need to meet new people, exchange and share our culture. Under this project Interns they should; 1. Prepare and organizing a fair, “Global Village”, showcasing their own culture respectively to (mainly) youth, in the aspect of traditions, music, art and habitation. 2. Work with locals to showcase diversity in Tanzania’s culture and tribal groups. 3. Provide knowledge to the students on the effect of globalization in general and to Tanzania. 4. Work with schools/institutions to organize workshops where: Interns will be teaching local students their culture Interns will be learning local culture from students.

AFRIKIDS
World today is characterized by a homeless kids and those who lost their family due to various reasons…. There are some of people who try to save those kids, but these kids still lack the spirit of the family, they need some counseling and advice toward their life… AIESEC UDOM has designed a project AFRIKIDs with the aim of helping those kids living in orphanage homes but they lack important spirit of family… therefore, with this project interns should; 1. Care for the kids in the orphanage centers around our regions and training them on how to behave in a real present situation. 2. Look for in kinds (tangible goods) from different partners; like clothes, shoes, mattress, mosquito nets, and food for the orphanage. 3. Training children on Hygiene, English language, music, personal development, art/ craft and all other necessary lessons to children depending on the needs of that Center. 4. Face corporate and raise financial that will be taken to these centers to help in school fees and equipment’s like exercise books, pens for the kids in orphanage. 5. Creating a friendly learning environment and encourage participation of the children, apart from orphanage center program interns will be going to Primary schools to teach the English language.

MICRO FINANCE & ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Following the decline of the ability of most of the government to ensure employment to its citizen, world is now characterized by the society of unemployed people… this is a risk to the society and world as whole since people will rise and demand for their government to fulfill them with employment to sustain their life… After we discoverer this, AIESEC UDOM has decided to come out with the solution to the problem by providing education to the youth and members of the society about
“Entrepreneurship”
this will provide opportunity for the
youth to learn on how they can employ themselves in regard with the available resources in their environment. In this project Interns should; 1. Work with our partner organization to co-host a "(social) business plan challenge" - a group competition amongst youth. 2. Acting as mentor and will be assigned to guide participants throughout the process. 3. Arranging weekly meetings with assigned group to follow up with progress. 4. Final presentation day for applicants to present their final business plan. 5. Coordinate with partner organization to workshops and related promotional activities. 6. Participating in AIESEC's "Africa in Me" competition - using video or photo to showcase experience in Tanzania.

CONSERVATION & PRESERVATION
Environment is everything including ourselves, if we destruct environment we destruct ourselves…. Therefore there is a need of caring for the environment as we care ourselves…4 Knowing this we AIESEC UDOM Tanzania we have designed a project which will ensure that we conserve and protect our environment where interns will be responsible for; 1. Working with local governments and community to organize a community clean up and tree planting activities. 2. Working with schools and universities to recruit volunteers for activities. 3. Working with NGOs and institution to coordinate the most effective way to clean up community and plant trees. 4. Showcase achievements and help to promote environmental preservation in Tanzania. 5. Present intern´s country - making presentations about home country and its habits, sharing experience Bring flag, souvenirs, costume and some tradition 6.
