La vendedora se reserva, durante la ejecución de la obra del proyecto y hasta la finalización de las obras, La facultad de realizar las modificaciones que permita la Ley urbanística, o bien las que fuesen impuestas por la Administración competente o la Dirección Facultativa, en todo caso amparadas por la licencia de obras así como el derecho de modificar el título constitutivo de Propiedad Horizontal y las normas de comunidad que integran el mismo para adaptarlo a las modificaciones arquitectónicas realizadas. Ello no obstante, por motivos del proceso productivo, no podrá introducirse modificación alguna a instancias de la compradora. / The Seller reserves the right, throughout the project works and until works are finalized, to implement modifications as permitted by urban planning law, or indeed those imposed by the competent Administration or Project Management in any case covered by the building permit/planning permission, as well as the right to modify the Condominium deed of creation and the community regulations integrating the same in order to adapt it to the architectural modifications performed.
