DE | Die Kollektion Seeking Beauty – Inspired by Nature von Christian Fischbacher ist eine Ode an die Natur. Inspiriert von ihren Farben und Formen würdigt die Kollektion ihre Schönheit in hochwertigen Vorhang- und Bezugsstoffen. Dekorative Stickereien und handaquarellierte Dessins aus dem hauseigenen Atelier entfalten zarte Blüten und verträumte Landschaften. Sie werden ergänzt von zeitlosen Unis. Kostbare natürliche Materialien wie Rohseide und leichtes Leinen aber auch nachhaltige Recyclingqualitäten schaffen eine behagliche Atmosphäre mit einem Hauch von Luxus. Als Hommage an die „Arts-and-Crafts-Bewegung“ würdigt die Kollektion klassische Webtechniken und erweckt traditionelle Kunstfertigkeit wieder zum Leben.
EN | The new collection from Christian Fischbacher is an exploration of the enduring beauty and vulnerability of nature. Featuring dreamy landscapes and delicate flowers in bloom, new decorative embroideries, prints and plains embrace colour and texture to create a collection that exudes modern luxury and demonstrates the emotive power of design. Paying homage to the Arts & Crafts movement, it focuses on traditional weaving techniques and artisanal craftsmanship. Natural materials such as raw silk are woven by hand to create characterful and textural intricacies which are the foundation for many of the new fabric designs whilst bestselling plains in sustainable qualities have also been reimagined with fresh colour palettes.

Avec des paysages de rêve et de délicates floraisons, les nouvelles broderies et les imprimés s‘inspirent des couleurs et des textures pour créer une collection qui respire le luxe moderne et démontre le pouvoir émotionnel du design. Rendant hommage au mouvement Arts & Crafts, elle met l‘accent sur les techniques de tissage traditionnelles et le savoir-faire artisanal. Des matériaux naturels tels que la soie brute sont tissés à la main pour créer des complexités de caractère et de texture qui sont à la base de nouveaux modèles alors que les best sellers les plus simples dans des qualités durables ont également été re-imaginés dans des palettes de couleurs fraîches.

Caratterizzata da paesaggi da sogno e delicati temi floreali, i nuovi ricami decorativi, le stampe e le tinte unite abbracciano colore e texture per creare una collezione che emana un lusso contemporaneo e dimostra il potere emotivo del design. Rendendo omaggio al movimento Arts & Crafts, la collezione si concentra sulle tecniche di tessitura tradizionali e sull‘artigianato. I materiali naturali, come la seta grezza, sono tessuti a mano per creare intricate trame di carattere che sono la base di molti dei nuovi disegni dei tessuti, invece le tinte unite più vendute delle varietà sostenibili sono stati reinterpretate con nuove palette cromatiche.

“Nature in its fragile beauty is a never ending source of inspiration for us. In the early days of the Arts and Crafts movement in Europe, many artists were inspired by Asian landscape paintings. These landscapes were also the inspiration behind the watercolour design that we painted in our in-house studio. We transferred the painting onto fabric and reinterpreted it as a warp print.”
