No Discounting for Dummies
– competition and brand position are now even more important Aggressive competition is no longer just for the overseas fitness markets. It’s either on your doorstep right now or on its way very soon. Cut price, bigger and shinier. ‘Quality’ on its own won’t cut it any longer, everyone has it. Is your club unique enough to survive? Does it have a genuine point of difference? What can you do / promise for the prospective and current member? This session will likely pose more questions than answers. The questions none-theless will be addressed with the usual candour and straightforward talking.
Sales Mega Session Having trouble maintaining your bottom line? Are your sales people balking at presenting higher prices? Need a simple new way to present your product successfully?
