John Holsinger Director, Asia Pacific, International Health and Racquet Sports Association (IHRSA) John has worked with IHRSA since July 2005 to bring focus and commitment to the growth of the International Fitness industry on behalf of the US-based trade association. Through his extensive regional travels, he has developed a strong understanding of the challenges facing the Asian Pacific fitness industry. John has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, operations and management. He was the President of The American Club in Hong Kong (2001) and is an active private pilot, golfer and Harley rider.

Richard Beddie Previous owner of fitness centres in Christchurch for 15 years, and has worked in the industry for over 20 years. Richard presents internationality on fitness industry trends. Justin Tamsett Justin has been in the industry since 1988 as a personal trainer, sales person, club manager and club owner. He was awarded the Australian Fitness Network Presenter of the Year in 2008 and is a highly sort after speaker at conferences around the world because he shares practical ideas and his unique Aussie larrikin presentation style. Broni McSweeney Broni McSweeney (REPs, Cert F.I.T,LLb) has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years and is involved at the ground level education of personal trainers via her role as the professional practice tutor at the Christchurch Polytechnic. Broni also supports trainers and clubs in building viable training business. Her current businesses have now organised over 120 workshops for trainers, established mentoring and networking groups, weekly support material and a variety of initiatives that market to the public at large the importance of both trainers and clubs in the attainment of health and fitness. Her sessions are regarded as ‘fast moving” and “extremely useful”.

Ish works with Les Mills New Zealand in the area of training development and in association with Les Mills International has written and delivered education DVDs now seen by over 80,000 instructors in over 70 countries. Through mediums such as television, radio, speaking events, pod casts, blogs and e-books, Ish is fast becoming a key solution provider in the areas of personal development, fitness, sales and staff performance. As a leading national and international presenter, Ish is highly regarded for his dynamic, motivational and informative seminars.
