MEET OUR FOUNDER David Bossman A Passionate multi-talented gr8 mind, Creative Entrepreneur & Producer (audio-visual/Live Events) with over8 years of strong Events, Advertising and Audio-Visual Production experience, Leadership and management. Creative: Strong track record of outstanding ideas and concepts for the creative execution of designs, radio &TV ads, Product Launches, Brand Activations and TV Productions. Strategic: Understanding of market trends and the provision of innovative solutions for effective strategy implementation. Leader: Was a co-founding member and the main creative power behind brand E-VOLUTION INTERNATIONAL until Dec 2013(www.e-volutionint.net), Building a solid brand from ground zero to one of the leading Marketing Communications Agency in Ghana at the moment.

Having worked at Charterhouse as an Audio – Visual /Events Producer and later as Experiential Manager, handling activations in Liberia and Sierra Leone for western Union as well as countless number of nationwide Experiential Marketing campaigns for several multinational brands like coca-cola, MTN, TIGO,etc After 3 yrs Charterhouse, he co-founded E-volution Int with 4 other colleagues from Charterhouse, A move that took the industry by storm and by far a massive success. Union Savings and loans After a new management took over the helm of affairs at union savings and loans which is one of the oldest non-bank financial institutions in the country. There was the need to revitalize and refresh the brand and that’s where we came in, with the mantra to become a bank in the shortest possible time we had to upgrade the look and feel of the union brand both internally and externally, as well as relaunched their operations within the Golden triangle (accra, Kumasi takoradi) Today every banking hall of USL from Ashaiman to dome to Tarkoradi, Kumasi etc as compared to other non-bank financial institution welcomes you with

a fresh state of the art vibe. We also branded their innovative Omni Banking kiosks which are set to trail blaze the concept of peoples banking or bringing banking closer to the people. Apart from Branding we consult for Union Savings and Loans in the area of Events Management, Radio & TV Productions and Creative Services




Lazer sardines/baked beans/ Mackerel Lazer sardines/baked beans/mackerel The story of the Lazer range of products is an interesting one and similar to the perfecto one with giants in the fast moving consumer goods industry like gino, sultana, bella who are screaming all over the place with billboards, radio& TV ads, press ads etc. it was definitely going to be a tall order to break into the market without having a huge budget. With a very small Budget we embarked on another David and Goliath episode this time using the Lazer’s strongest point…. its taste!! We embarked on a wet sampling sales activation in the markets adopting the “taste no lie” approach… And the results were amazing we sold cartons and cartons and cartons and up to date were still selling containers without any above the line advertising. Taste no lie!!!!!


Perfecto Instant Noodles David vs goliath II In a market where the Indomie was a 1st and giant leader in the noodle food segment, we had to put a strong feet down. Our situation was not helped by the fact that we didn’t have a budget to start with. With their emphasis on kids and making them grow, we hit the street to find out what folks actually thought of noodles. And we realized that the best noodles are made in specific outdoor fast food joints, which is patronized by all age brackets. We had our insight! We went on to do outdoor activations based on this “trade secret”. We added a television ad laced with humour. Today, we have our market share. Client is happy. Competitor is scared.



SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING Social Media gives you a more direct path of contact between you and your market. Having a strong “social network” also allows you to communicate effectively with existing and potential users. In a way it creates a link between person to person interaction and person to technology interaction
