5 Minutes Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake Preparation time: 3 minutes.

For: 2 people Ingredients: All purpose flour: 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder: 2 tbsp Sugar: 2 tbsp Baking Powder: 1/4 tsp Egg: 1 Milk: 3 tbsp Butter: melted 2 tbsp Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp Chocolate Chips: 1 tbsp Preparation Grease the mug with little butter.

Cooking time: 4 minutes

Method  Mix the dry ingredients in a microwave safe mug  Add egg and mix well.  Add milk, butter, vanilla essence and mix well.  Add chocolate chips and mix gently.  Put it in a microwave at 800W for 60 seconds. Check after 1 minute. If you feel the need to do it more microwave it for more 1 or 2 minutes.  Allow it to cool For serving  Run a knife around the mug edges when you feel it has completely cooled.

The knife should come clean.  Invert the cake on to a plate.  Top the cake with Vanilla or chocolate ice cream We are sure that you are going to try this out this year to surprise your valentine.
