Perfect Green Juice This is our all-time favorite morning youth elixir. It’s tasty, alkalizing and nourishing. Serves 2.
JANUARY’S RECIPE INGREDIENTS 3 celery stalks 1 Lebanese cucumber 2 stems of kale 1/4 fennel bulb 1 lemon, skin removed 1 green apple 1/2 inch knob or ginger
METHOD Put all ingredients through your juicer. Have straight away, but sip slowly! Another tip: This juice recipe works well with the addition of parsley and cilantro (coriander). Be generous and juice either of these herbs by the handful. These are very powerful natural green plant foods for detoxing heavy metals out of your body.
Make sure to get your celery organic
This juice is an excellent source of easily digestible alkaline minerals, such as potassium, which is particularly helpful when cleansing.

3-Ingredient Raw Chocolate
We have taken a few of Mother Nature’s finest ingredients and made the perfect combination without all of the other nasties!
FEBRUARY’S RECIPE INGREDIENTS 1 cup raw cacao powder 2-3 tbsp raw honey 1 cup cacao butter (or swap for coconut oil or coconut butter)
Mood-boosting, stress-reducing
METHOD
Combine all your ingredients. If you are in a cooler climate and your coconut oil is hard, you may have to slightly melt it in a saucepan over very low heat. Pour into chocolate molds or a lined baking tray (to keep it super simple) and allow to set in the fridge!
Suggested Combinations
- Coconut & Raspberries (Pictured) - Vanilla & Flaked Almonds - Pinch of Sea Salt - Nut Butter - Goji Berries - Puffed Quinoa
Get creative and add your favorites to really treat your taste buds. A dash of vanilla, a pinch of sea salt, a little nut butter, goji berries or raspberries... The choices are endless!
