Car seat with swivelling and reclining seat, that can be used from birth up to approximately 4 years; homologated according to i-Size regulation, for children from 40 to 105 cm height. Logik i-Size is very comfortable thanks to the ergonomic internal reducers, each one independent from the others, so as to adapt to the child’s growth.

It can be used only in cars equipped with ISOFIX anchorage system.

C ove r Col l e c t ion FOR STROLLERS AND CAR SEATS TENCELTM Lyocell is a biodegradable fibre made from wood cellulose, and it is therefore a manmade material industrially produced from natural raw materials coming from well-managed forests and with a low environmental impact.

TENCELTM fibres have a very smooth surface with a silky and soft feel, they are breathable like linen and more absorbent than cotton. Thanks to all these features, together with the sustainable production chain, TENCELTM Lyocell is having more and more success in the eco-friendly fashion industry, and it is ideal for car seats and strollers covers, because it absorbs moisture, suppots the body’s natural thermal regulation and naturally prevents the growth of bacteria.

SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION

How are TENCELTM Lyocell fibers produced? Lyocell belongs to the group of regenerated cellulose fibers, whose production process consists of dissolving the wood cellulose in a viscous compound which is then regenerated in the form of fibers. 1 2 3 4 5 6

The chopped wood is wetted to obtain cellulose The cellulose obtained is mixed with a non-toxic solvent and then heated to remove the residual water Cellulose turns into a viscous liquid The viscous compound is extruded through tiny holes to form tiny fibers The fibers obtained solidify in a special bath The fibers are washed to recover the solvent, then dried

Environmental impact of Lyocell production The TENCELTM fibers we selected are excellent examples of sustainable production, although on a large scale.

C ove r Col l e c t ion TENCELTM Lyocell Plantation The wood used for production comes from sustainable forests grown on land unsuitable for agricultural use. Irrigation is close to zero or minimal, no pesticides are used. The yield per square meter is very high (6 times higher than cotton).

Processing The solvent used is non-toxic, and it is also recovered and reused in the production cycle.

SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION

Naturally thermal Fabrics made with TENCELTM fibres are thermoregulatory, i.e. they keep us fresh in hot weather and in the meantime they keep us warm when it’s cold. This allows the body to keep a constant temperature. TENCELTM fibres are able to quickly transfer the body humidity away. TENCELTM Lyocell can absorb up to 50% humidity more than cotton.

Moisture absorption capacity

Unfavourable for bacterial growth TENCELTM fibers are able to naturally prevent bacterial growth, without the help of any chemical additives. The moisture absorbed by the fabric is immediately transported inside the fibers and then released towards the outside. This prevents the creation of a film of moisture on the surface of the fabric, which would be fertile ground for bacterial growth. Compared to TENCELTM fibers, synthetic fibers show a bacterial presence up to 2000 times higher.
