FIRST BITE

First Stage Starter

Highly palatable milk-based starter diet designed for early introduction from 5 days of age. Manufactured in 2mm pellets.

What are the benefits in using First bite? • Highly palatable to ensure early intake. • Easily digested containing a unique milk blend and processed starch combination. • Improves feed utilisation and reduces the risk of scouring. • Comprehensive inclusion of essential vitamins and minerals. • Can also be used as a wet mix for disadvantaged piglets.

Feeding recommendations First Bite can be introduced from 5 days of age and fed through to 2 or 3 days as the sole diet after weaning at 21 days. It can then be used in a choice feeding situation with another starter diet from the Piglet’s Choice range up to 28 days of age.

Contains a unique milk blend and processed starch for ease of digestion.

Feeding recommendations Easiwean can be introduced in the farrowing house from 7 days of age and fed for 3 to 5 days as the sole diet after weaning. it can then be used in a choice feeding situation with a “link diet” from the Piglet’s
