Great Moments Happening Around the Southeast
Over the last month you may have noticed our new tagline “Great Moments Happen Here” -- and that is exactly what our team partners have consistently provided fans in recent weeks. With the Atlanta Hawks, Memphis Grizzlies and Charlotte Bobcats making splashes in the NBA Playoffs to the Braves late-inning heroics, we have witnessed some incredible moments and look forward to many more to come. Jeff Genthner Senior Vice President, General Manager
With our first month of Atlanta Braves baseball behind us, we hope you have also noticed a few changes within our telecasts, underscoring one of our main themes for this season. We have made an effort at FOX Sports to make all MLB telecasts look the same, have the same feel and provide a consistent brand across the regional networks, FOX Sports 1, and FOX Broadcasting Network.
In April we also had the opportunity to bring the Phantom Cam to Turner Field, which provides incredible super slo-mo video. If you missed it, the Phantom Cam will be on our networks 13 times in May for Braves baseball games. In other production news, we have upgraded our production truck, which now includes 12 HD cameras. We have also added a wireless camera that gives us the ability to visit new areas around Turner Field and give fans a unique viewing experience. On the Braves LIVE set, we have added a second camera to enhance our production of the pre- and postgame shows.
