Good morning guests we are jubilant that you have chosen to worship with us today. We pray that God sends us many visitors each Sunday morning, Sunday night, and Wednesday night. You encourage us by your presence, and we hope that our worship together will be a spiritual boost for you. Attendance cards are available in the pockets on the back of each pew, and also in front of some of the pew Bibles. Please rememberItwe will begin is with great meeting regret that we each Sunday evening at 5:00 P.M. inform you of the death of Earl Jones, brother of our Marvin Jones, and uncle of Ullyseus Jones. Earl passed away last Wednesday, March 9, 2016 in Cadiz, Ohio. Earl was 70 years old. A private ceremony was held in his remembrance. Please keep Marvin and his family in your prayers during this difficult time.
It is with great difficulty and sadness that we must announce to you the death of Brian Fields, beloved son of Bob & Brenda Fields. “Brian (49 years old) fought a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 7 years. God was so gracious to allow us 42 more years to love him. For the last 3 years he was plagued with heart and lung issues stemming from the results of the radiation to his body. Following surgery on March 15th, God, said “Enough.” and took him home. Thank you for loving Brian, his family and us—Bob & Brenda Fields (Written by Bob & Brenda, March 16, 2016)

Alicia Cronk had her gall bladder removed sometime in the past two weeks. We tried to contact Alicia and have not been able to make contact with her. Please call the church office if you have any information about Alicia. Thank you. Phyllis English had back surgery last week and is now in Ruleme Nursing Home, 2810 Ruleme St., Eustis, 32726, (352) 357-1990. Phyllis is in room #260. Please keep Francis Hamby in your daily prayers. Frances has been moved to Avante Rehab, 3050 Brown Avenue, Mount Dora, 32757. The Rehab is the same rehab Carmon is in, and for now she is in room #106. The doctors will not allow her to have visitors at this time. Marlene Yates, mother of Teena McKay and grandmother of Erin & Katie McKay is finally in a regular room after having 2-bypass surgery, a valve replaced and one repaired and then a pacemaker implanted. She is in room #406 at Munroe Regional Hospital, 1500 SW 1st Avenue, Ocala, 34471. Please keep Mildred Malone’s mother, Maria Torres on your prayer list. Maria has kidney disease and needs prayers. She will have some more tests done soon on her kidneys and her heart. Cards can be sent to Maria, using Mildred’s address. Please keep Sharon Brothers Means in your prayers as she tries to find out what kind of heart problem she is dealing with. Nathan, Sharon and boys went to church with us, but are now living in Arkansas. He is the nephew of Vernon Means, and she is the daughter of Mike & Patsy Brothers who also worshiped with us, then moved to Arkansas. Deb Taylor is feeling somewhat better, and is on her second round of antibiotics. Please keep her in your prayers that she will get over the infection she has been fighting. Please keep “Katiebug” Taylor, 3 year old granddaughter of DC & Deb Taylor in your prayers. Wednesday, we will find out the results of a tumor found behind her eye. Please pray that it is benign and that she will not lose her eye. Hans Van Dingstee was released from the hospital after surgery/ recovery from his 5 bypass surgery on March 10th. The sign-up sheet to take them food is on-line, please see Amanda Nunez to sign-up. Please keep Michele Wyckoff in your prayers. Michele is going to be going through some medical testing, and also has a port.

Announcements & Events: Benevolence- Ministry Leader, Kevin Ross (kevindanaross@gmail.com) Waterman Hospital Baskets-Please don’t forget our Waterman Hospital Baskets. Please continue to bring in individually wrapped snacks, chips, peanuts, crackers, sticks of gum, honey buns, candy bars, etc. We put baskets out on the ICU floors for families in need of a snack but can’t leave the hospital. Spring Festival and Potluck- On Sunday, March 27th we will have our Spring Festival and potluck in the fellowship hall immediately following worship services. Please sign up at OCentral to bring side dishes and desserts as well as special desserts for the dessert auction. The side dishes are mac and cheese, green beans and sweet potato casserole. The church is providing the meat. The dessert auction is a fundraiser for the two mission trips this summer. Please bring candy filled eggs and/or prizes to fit inside the eggs and drop them off at OCentral. We will have an egg hunt for the children, at approximately 12:30P.M. Our P.M. service will begin approximately at 1:30 P.M., and there will not be a 5:00 P.M. service on that day. Our 242 groups will not be meeting that day/night either.
