在決定最終顏色時,我選取的顏色,卻想著眼於超越 座城市既有的面貌,而 些顏色是代表著當代人能 如何去改變與推動 座現代大都市。

城市色彩

當我第一次聽到「城市色彩」計劃時,我對於利用色彩本身所攜帶的強大信 息力,如何能啟發更豐富的想像去談述一個故事,進而傳播城市品牌,而感 到十分著迷。 從我開始到台灣旅行已經超過 35 年的時間,在這段期間,我看見了整個國 家體質的改變,台灣從過去以低技術出口產業為經濟支柱,時至如今,已然 搖身一變成一個以高科技製造產業和電腦週邊設備為主要出口國而被納入全 球經濟體的國家。 我身為彩通色彩研究所(PANTONE COLOR INSTITUTE ™)的創意總監, 多年來一直有機會從事許多項目,包含從產品開發到品牌識別強化(Logo Enhancement)與品牌重塑(Re-branding)。但城市品牌化的想法是個獨 特的企劃,因為它通過賦予城市獨特的個性,並透過色彩以及藝術互相併發, 使當地居民和遊客能用更具體鮮明的方式看台北的內涵。 計畫發起者蕭冠宇先生的願景,是藉由結合彩通色彩研究所的專業知識,並 與台灣優秀的藝術家合作,以色彩結合藝術進行設計,表現出藝術家眼中所 認為的台北。 但在決定最終顏色時,我選取的顏色,卻想著眼於超越這座城市既有的面貌, 而這些顏色是代表著當代人能如何去改變與推動這座現代大都市。 台北如今已成為越來越多的人到訪的城市,這裡匯聚了多樣化的人群、生活 方式和創意的工藝文化。更是鼓勵新舊文化的交融、傳統工藝與新科技碰撞, 並且以「愛」克服所有的一座城市。

Colors of Cities

When I first heard about the “Colors of Cities” project I was intrigued by the concept of how branding a city through the powerful messages of color can help to tell a story through a colorful illusion.

Having traveled to Taiwan for more than 35 years I have seen a country transformed. A place where low tech export industries were the backbone of its economy has now become a country where high-tech expertise, manufacturing and computer technology have become the major contributor to its worldwide inclusion in a global economy.

As the Creative Director for the PANTONE Color Institute I have had the opportunity to work on many projects throughout the years from product development to logo enhancement to re-branding but the idea of branding a city was a unique opportunity to bring a city to life through an artful expression by using color and art installations in a forum that gives its citizens and visitors a chance to see Taipei through the eyes of visionary expression.

The creator of the project Daniel Hsiao had a vision that invoked a thoughtful concept that would incorporate the expertise of the PANTONE Color Institute the global color consulting division of Pantone and teaming them with leading artists in Taiwan to collaborate by using color and artform to design and present their creative interpretations of how they view Taipei.

In determining the final color selections, I wanted to focus on the colors that I believed transcended the major influences affecting the city and the people today and would tell a story of change and attitudes of a modern metropolis.

Taipei is a now a place where more and more people are coming to visit. A destination where inclusion of diverse people, lifestyles and creative craft culture are emerging as a model for all to applaud where old meets new, where handcraft meets technology and love conquers all.

至於為什麼是城市而不是國家的顏色, 個感觸是來 自於一個很常見的問題「Where are you from ?」除 了在比較小的國家以外,大部分的人都會回答所來自 的城市,甚至再大一點回答州 / 省,連名不見經傳的 小地方都可以很自豪的回答「嘿我來自 XXX」。

大 家 都 說「 誒 阿 丹 你 哪 來 這 種 勇 氣 幹 這 種 事 情 」, 我 總 是 笑 著 說 我 的 夢 想 太 大, 大 到 不 能 再 更 晚 行 動 了。 是 阿, 這 種 該 死 的 使 命 感 不 知 道 是 從 什 麼 時 候 養 成 的。 當 初 在 構 思 整 個 企 劃 的 時 候 是 2017 年 的 10 月 份, 當 時 還 只 是 想 要 把 Pantone Cafe 弄 進 台 灣 而 已, 但 點 子 就 跟 滾 雪 球 一 樣 越 滾 越 大 變 成 了 全 球 的 聯 展。 在 我 的 人 生 每 一 個 重 新 檢 視 的 過 程 當 中, 有 一 個 議 題 一 直 冒 出 來, 就 是 小 確 幸 到 底 變 成 什 麼 樣 子 了? 從 村 上 春 樹 的《 尋 找 漩 渦 貓 的 方 法 》 中 所 述「 耐 著 性 子 激 烈 運 動 後, 來 杯 冰 涼 啤 酒 的 感 覺 」, 到 只 剩 下 後 半 段 的「 後 甘 」 而 忽 略 了「 先 苦 」 這 個 重 要 環 節, 剩 下「 阿 好 像 爽 爽 享 受 生 活 不 用 努 力 了 反 正 也 去 不 了 哪 裡 」 的 扭 曲 思 維, 一 種「 安 捏 丟 厚 」 的 態 度 橫 空 出 世 截 斷 了 推 動 社 會 進 步 的 脈 絡。 是的,這個社會停滯了。 資本主義的崛起是不能阻擋的事實,但使人看起來渺小的不是它的偉大身 型, 而 是 照 不 到 光 的 龐 大 陰 暗 面 積。 跟 過 往 相 比, 現 代 人 的 成 功 機 會 相 對 比 較 小, 畢 竟 台 灣 曾 經 存 在 一 個 做 什 麼 賺 什 麼 的 年 代。 如 果 不 跟 當 時 的 10 投 9 中比呢?例如 10 投 4 中?我們是否有勇氣去追逐這個 4 中的可 能?我想這就是我辦這個展覽的目標與使命:給大家一個追夢的勇氣。透 過這個展覽我們將挑戰的議題是「終結小確幸」,透過藝術生活化的操作 模式,讓參觀者體悟原來藝術離我這麼近,而不是遙不可及的俗稱高端體 驗,進而提昇大眾美感並且為了追求更好的美而更努力的過日子。有了新 的目標就有前進的動機,有了動機,那恭喜這個社會又開始向前運轉了。 至於為什麼是城市而不是國家的顏色,這個感觸是來自於一個很常見的問題 「Where are you from?」除了在比較小的國家以外,大部分的人都會回答所 來自的城市,甚至再大一點回答州 / 省,連名不見經傳的小地方都可以很自 豪的回答「嘿我來自 XXX」。你一定好奇 XXX 是什麼,他也一定會介紹 XXX 在哪裡,因為他很想要讓你理解,然後在這個互動過程當中你就會對這個 XXX 很有印象,下一次就會記得 XXX 是什麼。所以不要覺得說了別人不會認 識你,因為你不說,別人肯定不會認識你。所以當強化城市的識別度與認同 感,點才會扎實,連起來的線才會明確,畫出來的面就會強烈,以點就面整 個國家才會被看見。

這次的 PANTONE x City Color Project 全球城市玩色計劃以我的故鄉 - 台北 做為世界巡迴的首站出發,讓台北市成為世界的焦點,將城市本體往國際的 高度拉升,並透過這樣的刺激來監督這個城市的發展。我們希望透過這樣的 活動,讓每個在這個城市生活的人都能以生活在這個城市感到驕傲,面對世 界的時候可以大聲的說 「Yes, I'm from Taipei.」

Where did the crazy idea come from?

Everyone says, “Hey, A-dan, where do you get the courage to do these things?” I always laugh and reply that my dreams are too big, so big that I need to act now rather than later. Yeah, I don’t know when I started nurturing this sense of mission. The initial concept began in October of 207, at that point it just about getting Pantone Café into Taiwan, but then all the ideas snowballed and became a global exhibition. During each point of re-examination in my life, a theme keeps popping out, which is what the hell has “a little happiness” really turned into? From what Murakami Haruki described in his work Uzumaki-neko no mitsukekata: Murakami Asahidō jānaru, “the feeling of having a cold beer after having patience to finish a vigorous workout”, to only retaining the enjoying the sweetness of the latter stage, but forgoing the important first stage of difficulties, which leaves one with a twisted logic of “oh well one can happily enjoy life without hard work as one is not going anywhere”, the “this is

Aside from people who comes from smaller states, most people will reply with the city where they are from, or perhaps a little bigger in terms of the state/province. Even people from small places that few know about will proudly reply, "I'm from XXX." ” fine” attitude has inserted itself into the world and cut off the motivation for pushing society forward.

Yes, this society has stalled. The rise of capitalism is an unstoppable fact, but what makes people look small is not its gigantic form, but the vast shadow it casts. Compared to the past, the chance of success by people nowadays is relatively small, as Taiwan went through an era of one would make money easier no matter what one does. If one does not make a comparison with the 9 in 10 chance of success? Say just a 4-in-10 chance? Do you have the gut to chase after this 40% rate of success? I think this is the goal and mission of this exhibition: to give everyone the courage to chase their dreams. Through this exhibition, the theme that we are challenging is “to censor a little happiness”, through the operation of inserting art into life, so that visitors can realize art is actually not that far away from them, and is not a clichéd high-end experience that is out of their reach, thus raising the aesthetics of the general public so that they can pursuit greater beauty and strive for more in their daily lives. New goals lead to motivation to move forward; with motivation, then congratulations, your society is then moving forward once again.

As for why colors for city, not the country, this originates from a commonly heard question: where are you from? Aside from people who comes from smaller states, most people will reply with the city where they are from, or perhaps a little bigger in terms of the state/ province. Even people from small places that few know about will proudly reply, “I’m from XXX” And you will be curious where XXX is, and they would introduce XXX is, because they want to understand where they come from, and through the interactions you will have an impression of this place and will remember it next time. So do not feel like people don’t know you, because if you don’t say anything, then other definitely will not know you. Thus, by reinforcing a city’s degree of recognition and identity, the dots will become more concrete, and the lines linking them up will be clearer, then the image drawn will be stronger in effect and the entire country can be seen.

This time, the PANTONE x [CITY] PROJECT starts from my home – city as the first stop of the world tour, allowing Taipei City to become the focus of the world, and raising the city itself towards the international level., and through this kind of stimulation, oversee the development of this city. We hope that through this kind of event, all who live in this city can be proud of living here, and when they face the world, they can loudly say, “Yes, I’m from Taipei.”

Studied and worked for over a decade in the UK, Czechoslovakia and Germany, and entered the art history field from a sociology and psychology background over thirty years ago. Love to read, listen to music, watch performances and nature, from which the nutrients for visual art are extracted. Was formerly a researcher at Korea’s National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Seoul, the chief executive for ART TAIPEI, art director for Ink Asia, and has crossed into the cuisine world by curating the Michelin launch event and fusing gourmet food into art. Was also involved in the first Art Macao, and will be launching new music and art programs in 2020.

當我們從記憶的抽 打開,開始翻閱找尋過往的生活 與旅遊經驗時,顏色像是一個辨識的標記映入眼 , 雖然在現實中他們是那麼的不實用,但在搜尋記憶的 滴答聲中卻成為快速的關 映像。

城市色彩 屬於台北的 ⋯

居住過世界許多的國家,走過許多的城市,人文風情對比自然景致總是在我 們的心中與腦海裡留下某個最深的記憶。這些記憶是影像的,透過文字有人 書寫、透過圖像有人以繪畫或攝影的方式留存了時間。而顏色與氣味則是一 個城市最容易且最顯著能夠感受她精神與氣氛的元素。 城市崛起與都市文明逐漸改變了人類生活的習慣,也逐漸產生更大更多的社 群以及城市居住生活圈的規劃,建築與城市設計孕育而生,規範出結構以及 形式,但是雖然不容易觀察得到卻是非常基本的要素是顏色成為一個城市環 境知覺不可或缺的影響,這是一種視覺印象,如同味覺是最直接最不需要透 過文字語言而傳遞解釋能夠直觀感受的心理衝擊。 當我們從記憶的抽屜打開,開始翻閱找尋過往的生活與旅遊經驗時,顏色像 是一個辨識的標記映入眼簾,雖然在現實中他們是那麼的不實用,但在搜尋 記憶的滴答聲中卻成為快速的關鍵映像。對一個城市顏色的記憶開始來自於 氣候與生活建築,因為氣候影響了居民生活使用顏色的習慣也成為我們記憶 中描繪城市的第一個印象,於是熱帶國家城市的顏色是屬於暖色調的、熱情 的;高緯度國家的陰冷天氣總讓人聯想到靄靄白雪或是灰暗的天空,然後住 居的顏色就像是地中海國家以白色對應蔚藍的天空、斯堪地那維亞地區的衣 著就顯得沉穩而陰鬱的黑。這些色彩不斷在我們的記憶裡交雜著像是七彩拼 盤妝點了整個世界的氣氛。而新的城市也有了自己的色彩,從傳統走向新穎, 顏色不僅僅是依附著自然現象與環境也開始因為人類共同生活聚居的型態也 自然的產生了自己的特色,從色彩的轉變也看到了時間的推移。 美國的色彩學哲學家 Lois Swirnoff 以色彩的規範(dimensional color)探索 一個地區的文化特質與自然形成的色彩運用關係,某些共通的顏色在不同區 域共同被使用著,某些區域則產生屬於該區域獨特的色彩氛圍,從建築外觀、 城牆、市集等等,依據色彩在不同城市的產生與傳承可以看見了人們生活的 習慣與想法。而倫敦的建築學者 Laura Carrara-Cagni 描述一個城市的誕生時 提到所有的建設都從零公里(zero-kilometer )的起始點,這個起始點也就 是一種認同(identity),時間不斷前進城市繼續擴增,越來越多的社會階層 進入,有傳統也有新的趨勢繼續融合增生,因為被認同所以跟著仿效或者修 改環境,成就了都市的景觀。

而台北是個屬於甚麼顏色的城市?從過去到現在,台北是一個吸納不同外來 文化的城市,因此包容性也特別的高。然而生活的日常對於身在其中的我們 或許過於漫不經心,也或許在匆忙之間,早將時間和心思視為必然,品味發 掘屬於台北的味道與色彩的優雅已經不復存在。如果轉換某種心情將自己抽 離,想像自己是個孤獨的旅人,空間轉移血肉之軀的流浪,心理上以旁觀的 視角得以用另一個面向觀看這我們習以為常的世界,也從旁觀者的角度回看 自己。的時候又會是個甚麼樣的風景? 作家白先勇的小說《台北人》引劉禹錫《烏衣巷》中的句子:舊時王謝堂前燕, 飛入尋常百姓家。十四個小說篇章談的其實就是過去與現在,而小說中的現 在於如今二十一世紀的台北也已經成為過去,那些客居台北的官宦對照了時 代的滄桑,台北人曾經只是一種棲息的代言,而如今台北已經是擁抱我們心 靈的母親,不論是本地出生或者來自外地的學子與就業者,對台北的感情是 生活的共同體,每個人在這座城市,都有他自己的故事,年輕文學家用他們 的彩筆重新定義了台北。 高雅素樸的暖色灰總在清晨黎明之前瀰漫了迎接天光而將熄滅的路燈前的馬 路,在喧囂擾嚷之前總有那麼一刻以為世界都靜止在破曉的台北;當彩虹旗 幟飛揚在英國紅磚與後期文藝復興樣式的總統府前、西門町道路灑落對同志 族群有重大意義的「六色彩虹地景」,上面還寫著大大的「TAIPEI」字樣、 台灣性別平等位居亞洲之冠,這是屬於粉紅的溫柔革命;綠能循環經濟以及 企業的永續經營開創在整個城市是一個新的生活口號,綠不只是生活所見也 是一種理想與實踐。

Although in real life they are not really practical, but in the search for memories they become the key imageries for fast identification. ”

The colors of the city, that belongs to Taipei...

Having lived in many countries across the world, having travelled through many cities, cultures and customs always leave a deeper impression in our heart and soul compared to natural sceneries. These memories are images, and time is preserved through words that people written, through pictures that people drew or photographed; colors and smells are the elements that most easily and most significantly enables one to feel a city’s spirit and air.

The rise of cities and urban civilization has gradually changed the habits and lifestyle of man, gradually generating larger and greater number of communities and the design of the urban living sphere, where architecture and urban design are nurtured and birthed, where the structure and the form is specified. However, a fundamental element that is not easily observed is that colors has becomes an indispensable influence on the perception of an urban environment. This is a visual effect, much as the sense of taste is a psychological impact that is the most direct and least requires words to explain but can be felt intuitively.

When we open up the drawers of memories, and begin digging and search for past life and travel experiences, colors are identifiable tags that come into our view. Although in real life they are not really practical, but in the search for memories they become the key imageries for fast identification. The memory of a city’s colors start from the climate, the lifestyle and architecture, because climate affects the residents’ habitual use of colors in their lives, and becomes our first impression when describing a city from memory. Thus cities in tropical countries uses warm colors, and are passionate. The gloomy weather in higher latitude countries always makes one think of the gleaming white snow or grey skies, while the lifestyle colors are like the white in Mediterranean countries that responds to the blue sky, or the clothing of the Scandinavian countries are somber and depressively black. These colors constantly mix in our memories, like a rainbow-colored palette decorating the air of the whole world. New cities also have their own colors, going from traditional to the brand new. Colors not only adhere to natural phenomenon and environment, but also naturally produce their own features due to the pattern of man congregating and living together. The change in the times can also be seen through the changes in colors.

The American chromatic philosopher Lois Swirnoff uses dimensional color to explore the relationship between a region’s cultural features with the application of naturally formed colors. Some colors are commonly used in different regions, while some regions create their own air of colors unique to them, and from the exterior of architecture, city wall, marketplaces and so forth, through the generation and heritage of colors in different cities, one can see the people’s daily habits and thoughts. When describing the birth of a city, the London-based architecture scholar Laura Carrara-Cagni talks about all architectures starts off from the zero-kilometer point, and this starting point is a type of identity, where as time moves forward, the city expands, where more and more levels of society enters, with traditions and new trends continue to fuse and proliferate, and because of being recognized as an identity, so other imitate or improve on the environment, thus creating a urban landscape.

So what color is Taipei as a city? From the past to now, Taipei has been a city that absorbs different incoming cultures, and so has an exceptionally high tolerance level. However, we who are in the midst of it may not pay attention to it due to our daily lives. Perhaps in the hustle and bustle we already view time and thoughts as essential, and the desire to elegantly discover and savor the tastes and colors of Taipei no longer exists. But if we change some of the feelings and extract ourselves from this, imagine ourselves as a lonely traveller, and shift the spaces to wandering of the physical form, and on a psychological level, look on at the world we have become used to from the perspective of a bystander, and what would we see when we also look back on ourselves from the bystander’s viewpoint?

The novel “People from Taipei” by the author Hsien-yung Pai drew upon a line from Yuxi Liu’s poem Wuyi lane, “Swallows that skimmed by the halls of the prestigious families in bygone days, now dips into doorways of the humble commoners.” The fourteen chapters really is speaking about the past and now, and the now of the novel for the 21st century Taipei has also become the past. Those officials who lives as guest in Taipei reflect the vicissitudes of the ages. People from Taipei used to be a proxy for a habitat, but now Taipei has become the mother that embraces our heart and soul. Whether students and workers are

local born or from out of town, their feelings for Taipei are the commonality of living. Everyone in this city has their own story, and young writers are using their colored pens to redefine Taipei.

Before the break of dawn, under the street light that will soon extinguish to welcome the sky light, the simple and elegant warm-colored grey always fills the road. Before the hustle and he bustle, there is always a predawn Taipei in a moment when the world has paused; when rainbow flags fly in front of the presidential office made of red English bricks and the post-Renaissance styles, where the streets of Ximending is sprinkled with the six-color rainbow landscape that is of significant import to the LGBTQ community, which has TAIPEI in large fonts, and Taiwan is atop of Asia in terms of gender equality, this is a pink, soft revolution; With green, eco-friendly economy and sustainable corporate development creating a new lifestyle slogan in the entire city, green is not just what we see in life, but also an ideal and a fulfilment.

情緒話 / 畫冊

文字藝術設計 李 瑱

約莫三個月前,當策展人 Daniel 提出這句邀約,我這不知天高地厚的小蝦米沒多想就興然入 坑,但腦神經遲緩的自己反應慢十拍,過幾天才說道:「Daniel 阿,你能想到將『文字』納 入聯展,真是越想越感人欸!」

﹁我們需要一位文字藝術家。

是的,即便是最隱喻的文字都是最無處躲藏的表態。 於是,除了做為文字藝術家參與此次聯展,也在策展人的「請任性而為」的指令下,與書籍 設計師佛列茲李共同呈現這本十分任性卻謹慎的聯展圖冊,無論你會不會喜歡,這就是一本 充滿情緒話的畫冊。它不是《哈利波特》裡的咆哮書,也沒有黛玉式的傲嬌與楚楚可憐;它 更可能是把 Ak-47 步槍,簡單的字字句句,卻是發發子彈重擊你心臟,而當你午夜時分獨自 坐下來檢查傷口,才發現你我患上生活的傷風其實都差不多。 這本畫冊的文字內容設計分做兩部分: 首先,我們不以老學究、吊書袋的方式去談論作品,而是讓當代藝術與當代大眾的閱讀習慣 結合。急促的當代生活,我們在瑣碎的時間裡,時常閱讀片面化的文句。因此我以碎片式的、 標語式的字句,去佐以其餘十位藝術家的作品,這樣的配文方式,也回到藝術創作單純始於 情緒、情感與精神信念,而透過文字直白的、感性的指涉,進而去召喚出各類藝術形式的內 在精神性,讓圖像與文字強烈的互相加權。並且,為了呈現城市三原色、藝術創作與生活所

在三者互相緊繫的生活感,我們在藝術家的個人頁上,放入藝術家想對台北說的一句話。 第二部分則是,此次以文字藝術家參展的自已,以 12 個月的概念書寫了共 12 篇文章去探索 台北城事,我們將 12 篇文章錯落在藝術家的作品之間。特別的是,在第 54 頁的配文為「這 頁給你 / 妳讀空氣」,代表著 12 個月裡的五月,因為五月是自己生日月,透過五月的留白, 想分享的理念是:只要我們還存在這裡,那伴隨而來的那些不管好事/爛事就會隨著自己開 展下去,但如果我們「不在」了,就等於圍繞於「我」生命的那些文字、影像、釋義、被釋義、 愛、記憶等等,都不再被傳承了,也不被延續,反過來想,那些體驗,讓這些藝術產出顯得 彌足珍貴,這樣的留白更像是孕育出生命的、母親的子宮,能產出,也能傳承。因此強調光 是「在」本身就是一件特別了不起的事情,可以先不著急一定要去做什麼、填滿什麼、成為 什麼,而是先去看見生命。 封面我們使用了跟著大眾運輸系統橫貫台北的三大語言:國語、台語以及英語,內文的英文 翻譯更感謝願意接下這燙手山芋的翻譯師陳曼華。書末則放上龍山寺,代表傳承世代的的精 神寄託,也讓收藏這本圖冊的功能之一是保平安(笑)。在配文的部分則特別加入美國詩人 歌手 Lana Del Rey 的《Ride》,歌詞內容呼應了策展人搭建的平台,也是為了成就多方人 的夢想。而在追尋夢想的道路不免受挫,書末則放上酷玩樂團的療癒經典名曲《Fix You》獻 給仍與自己的夢想幹架,遍體麟傷依然勇敢的各位。 所以我們希望讀者除了把它當成一本畫冊,它也能是一帖精神良藥、一個護身符。 最後,希望大家能一起信仰文字,因為能被記錄下來的就不會被遺忘。如米蘭.昆德拉《笑 忘書》裡的主角勤寫日記對抗被迫消失的記憶,榮格的《紅書》透過書寫自我探詢內在人格。 服完這帖畫冊,雖然不會藥到病除,但會知道大家都一樣,如宋冬野在〈郭源潮〉唱著:「你 的病也和我的一樣,風月難扯,離合不騷」,我們透過喜、怒、愛 / 哀、樂,在次次與人事 物的碰撞與碎裂中,從復原的過程不斷辨認出自己、調整自己、也指認出自己。 也要特別特別大力地感謝夥伴,書籍設計師佛列茲李,專業地以一種情緒化方式的提煉文字 的個性,排版成性格鮮明的個體,另外,佛列茲李在設計的部分,珍貴地保留了自己當時在 紙樣上以老派的方式剪紙、黏貼的創作過程。而佛列茲李與 Daniel 那句「請任性而為」做

一百天後我們會離開這個地方。生後百日,死後百日,離別亦然。因此我們想要好好的作百日告別,除了紀錄生活的 日常,也要用文字、影像、事件,短短的一百天內貪婪地載入我們與它共處的記憶,而這樣的記憶也要有我們所喜愛 的家人友人愛人們,來豐沛生活的強度,讓人來人往不斷地發生。日後,在健忘的怪獸殘酷地吃掉我們日漸萎縮的大 腦前,還能回來逐頁翻篇。

A new resident that exiled himself to Taipei’s Café Flâneur. By days, he works with words, and believes that words are expression that offers no hiding places. In between the written words and lines, the emotions are sometimes exhilarating, sometimes less emotional, occasionally under pressure. A believer of the doctrine that the respiration of words is the prescription to life. Excels at following the flow of life and using words as music notes to compose musical pieces. The sorrowful poems are for oneself, while the love songs are for the lover. The ballads are about daily life, while rap is for consumption by the nonconformists. 【瘋魔與成活】 「姊姊,笑一下嘛」 聖誕節幾日,飛出我的城市去找找童心,曬曬陌生 的太陽,看著跟我不相干的全城投入過節,竟 風 景地飄過阿桑的歌詞「孤單是一個人的狂歡,狂歡 是一群人的孤單」,播著奕迅的歌單,想起愛過卻 沒在身邊的 special ones,互相雕刻都鑿的不淺,然 後笑了出來。 下半年見了一些人,補充著他們的生命故事進度, 聽聽大家的追求和難關,信任要到什麼程度才能分 享黑暗面?才能懶得把自己當成一個華美包裝的商 品、聖女小番茄的包袱? 真理就在那,做自己擅長的事情,才能得到真正的 快樂。自由也很好,只要不把決定權全權交托給別 人。情緒當然可以,但記得塗上收斂水。 必須努力拼貼舒服的心態, 待日子。人和人之間能 過上生活不是巧合,而是努力,是黏著,是舒張,加 上一點假裝:什麼是美意與惡意,什麼是人與人之間 的張狂,什麼是追求與歸屬,什麼是責任與包袱,什 麼是賣你面子,什麼是惦惦你斤兩。什麼是互相八卦 與笑柄,什麼是灰色地帶,什麼是你知道但是得噓。 衝動和浪漫暫時擺一邊,日子的本質是要成活。藏在 每個人身上永劫回歸的課題,終究是昇華自我醒悟的 能力,跨過去,不管用什麼方式。請好好照顧自己, 對所有。 081

Consistency and motivation are inherent qualities of round dance. From Tainan, and has cultivated a sense of appreciation for the colors and tastes in the culinary arts due to the influence of his grandfather who was a traditional chef and a mother who is extremely picky when it comes to ingredients. With over fifteen years of cross-discipline research, baptism by business, experiences in abstract theories, evolution of human behavior along with branding design and strategies, he has become involved in food design, fusing these aspects with culinary art. Through the evolution of dishes through the ages, a rethinking of taste, flavor, techniques and the fun of food not only uses cuisine and the round table in the traditional Taiwanese feasts to convey the imagery of reunion, when old and new friends come together to enjoy food, to rediscover the cuisine that memory warms the hearts as it enters the mouth, but also to start from local cuisine and step into neighboring Asian countries, to go from foreign cuisines and discover the local food culture, all to continue to accumulate mileage on the journey of food.
