Tire change over (dismount, mount of off rim tires and balance). If you have Blizzak tires, protect your investment tires by having them changed. Blizzaks are made of a softer compound and will wear out faster on asphalt. **(Date may change to a later date, according to the state of Alaska DOT, due to weather).

This class progresses through a series of yoga poses, focusing on connecting movement with the breath. Poses are of moderate difficulty. Apprenticeship Program Fort Wainwright’s HIRED! Apprenticeship program is open to its dependents of active duty, DOD civilian, and retired military personnel.
