TRES DÉCADAS DE LA ASOCIACIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE EMPRESARIOS DE DEMOLICIÓN (AEDED)

 



A Asociación Española de Empresarios de Demolición, AEDED, es una agrupación de ámbito nacional que representa al gremio de la demolición, integrando a los empresarios especialistas en la demolición de edificaciones y adyacentes. adyacentes.. AEDED tiene como fin general promover esta actividad empresarial, manteniendo siempre los máximos niveles de seguridad, calidad e integridad. La asociación trabaja con el objetivo de ofrecer apoyo constante a las empresas especializadas en demolición. La Asociación está integrada en la pirámide de otras organizaciones empresariales, colaborando con los organismos tanto públicos como privados y demás asociaciones empresariales relacionadas con el fin de buscar sinergias y obtener beneficios mutuos.

  AEDED tiene como principales objetivos: √ La representación, defensa y promoción de los intereses económicos, sociales y profesionales de sus asociados. √ Organizar y promover actividades y servicios comunes de interés para los asociados, de carácter profesional y asistencial. √ Mantener relaciones con aquellas organizaciones de ámbito nacional o internacional con intereses similares. √ Colaborar en el desarrollo de información para una mayor seguridad en la demolición, fomentando una prevención de riesgos adecuada a la actividad. √ Perseguir y denunciar la competencia desleal en el sector. √ Adoptar las medidas que conduzcan a evitar el intrusismo profesional.

Con el fin de procurar el mayor apoyo, protección e información para sus socios, AEDED forma parte de la Asociación Europea de Demolición, EDA, en la que colabora activamente a través de sus diferentes actividades y comités de trabajo; también pertenece a la Federación de Gremios de la Construcción, GREMIOS, y a través de esta entidad está presente en la Confederación Nacional de la Construcción, CNC, y en la Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales, CEOE. AEDED es una entidad activa y en continuo desarrollo, promoviendo y realizando proyectos para impulsar la actividad de demolición a sus empresas asociadas. •



El principal objetivo de AEDED es alentar la colaboración entre empresas e influir positivamente en el desarrollo de la demolición, para beneficio de todo el sector de la construcción.

 



A Asociación Española de Empresarios de Demolición (AEDED) se constituyó como asociación el 3 de abril de 1981 y desde entonces ha defendido, vigilado y desarrollado todas las actividades relacionadas con la demolición. En esos momentos, los movimientos asociacionistas y de asociaciones profesionales y empresariales estaban en pleno auge. La deficiente representación y relación de los profesionales y empresarios de todos los sectores respecto a los agentes legislativos y sociales, e incluso a su propio sector, hizo necesario el surgimiento de asociaciones profesionales y empresariales. Por ello, la AEDED creó un entorno asociativo, único para los profesionales de la demolición, dirigido a la persecución de sus fines y defensa de los intereses del sector y los de sus asociados. Durante estos años, AEDED ha velado por los intereses de los empresarios del sector, ha alentado la colaboración y la armonía entre los asociados, ha perseguido el intrusismo profesional y la competencia desleal y ha mantenido fructíferas relaciones con asociaciones y organizaciones, tanto europeas como regionales, dentro y fuera del sector. Las metas marcadas para el futuro de la asociación pasan por el continuo crecimiento y fortalecimiento de esta industria, la denuncia del intrusismo profesional, el proseguir con la defensa de los intereses de los asociados, así como marcar nuevos estándares de seguridad para una práctica más segura, responsable y productiva. •



UCHAS han sido las páginas publicadas en DE& RECICLAJE sobre la actividad de AEDED a lo largo de la vida de la revista, que es más joven que la Asociación, pues nació hace trece años, en 1999, en el seno de Fueyo Editores, que también edita ROCAS Y MINERALES. Desde entrevistas con los distintos presidentes hasta el seguimiento de todos y cada uno de los problemas que ha tenido que afrontar el sector, pasando por los actos sociales, la actualidad de las empresas, las obras más importantes llevadas a cabo y las firmas señeras que las han realizado, todo se ha recogido puntualmente en las páginas de la revista, con precisión y de forma veraz e independiente, constituyendo el objetivo de la publicación servir a todos y cada uno de los actores que intervienen en el complejo, dinámico y atractivo mundo de la demolición. Cientos de páginas de información relacionada con la AEDED se han editado en estos años en los que la demolición se ha consagrado como parte fundamental del sector de la construcción. MOLICIÓN

Los actos y celebraciones del sector, así como las obras de demolición y los equipos empleados en ellas, han recibido a lo largo de los años una completa cobertura periodística en la revista «Demolición y Reciclaje», pionera en información técnica de este importante sector industrial.

 



OS han sido los presidentes de AEDED entrevistados en profundidad para la revista DEMOLICIÓN & RECICLAJE: Pilar de la Cruz, cuya responsabilidad se extendió desde 1995 a 2004, y Celso Anka, que lo ostenta desde enero de 2005. Anteriormente fueron presidentes de la Asociación: Félix Prudencio (Detecsa); Tomás Prieto (Secopsa, fallecido); Manel Algeró (Control Demeter); y Juan de la Cruz (Devoconsa). •

A actividad de demolición es un trabajo altamente especializado, que existe desde que existe la construcción, pues son actividades muy relacionadas entre sí, aunque completamente distintas en su finalidad. En construcción se busca erigir un edificio o estructura, conociendo los pasos que se van dando y las características de los materiales con los que se trabaja. Por el contrario, en demolición se busca recuperar espacios, mediante la retirada parcial o integral de un edificio o estructura. Para ello, las empresas especializadas deben enfrentarse a materiales antiguos o que no siempre están en su mejor estado, e incluso con condicionantes de espacio muy limitados, ejecutando su trabajo con seguridad y con eficacia. Debido a que el ejercicio de la demolición es especialmente complejo, conlleva una necesidad específica de ejecutarse con precisión, mediante la actuación de empresas especializadas, con operarios que conozcan bien su profesión y los diferentes equipos y técnicas adaptados al trabajo a realizar, según cada caso específico. Treinta años de actividad creciente en la que un buen número de empresas pertenecientes a la Asociación ha forjado el núcleo principal sobre el que se asienta el desarrollo de esta industria. Son compañías responsables de sus actividades y de los impactos que sus obras tienen para la sociedad y el medio ambiente.
