Project Year: 2016-2017 Project Location: Lexington, KY, USA On Project Stages: Schematic Design, Design Development. Project Status: Under Construction. Role on the Team: Designer, Design Computation Lead, BIM Coordinator. Responsibility: Overall massing and architecture design at SD stage. Facade design and coordination with consultant, BIM coordination and computational solutions for facade development at DD stage. Contribution: Developed interoperability workflow, crafted curtain wall panel families for Rupp Arena facade, and composed Grasshopper/Dynamo/Python scripts for generating, updating or revising the curtain wall panels. Brainstormed with structure and facade consultants on solutions to realize the complex geometries of the facade design, and developed typical details as well as critical connections.
