In Paris, a mega escape room will open next year, dedicated to the famous superhero who keeps Gotham City safe

FBatman’ will be released in cinemas all over the world, a new version, this time directed by Matt Reeves (who also directed ‘Planet of the apes’) and played by Robert Pattinson (the vampire Edward Cullen from ‘Twilight’). However, this is not the only good news for lovers of the genre: a few months later, around the end of 2022, the first Batman-themed escape room in France will open in Paris, and will also be the country’s largest, covering over 3,000s.m. The project is the result of a partnership between Warner Bros Themed Entertainment, DC and Dama Dreams, a company that deals with the creation of immersive entertainment experiences and already owns 3 escape rooms in France, with a total of 65,000 visitors per year. In addition to the name - Batman Gotham City Adventures - not much is known about the new escape room, except that it will include 3 escape rooms measuring 350sq.m each and will take guests into the heart of Gotham City, making them enjoy an engaging experience amongst themed settings and even interacting with real actors. “Dama Dreams has always looked to push the boundaries of immersive experiences. We believe passionately that it is time to let audiences become a part of the story. We are excited to partner with Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment to allow fans a chance to explore the world of DC’s Batman,” said David Harari, Founder & Development Director of Dama Dreams. Quattro marzo 2022: è questa la data che tutti gli appassionati del Cavaliere Oscuro stanno aspettando perché quel giorno uscirà nei cinema di tutto il mondo ‘The Batman’, nuovo reboot firmato stavolta da Matt Reeves (il regista de ‘Il pianeta delle scimmie’, per capirci) e interpretato da Robert Pattinson (il vampiro Edward Cullen di ‘Twilight’). Non è però solo questa la buona notizia per gli amanti del famoso uomo-pipistrello: qualche mese dopo, verso la fine dell’anno, a Parigi aprirà la prima escape room di tutta la Francia a lui dedicata che sarà anche la più grande della nazione, estendendosi su 3 mila metriquadri. Il progetto è frutto della collaborazione tra Warner Bros Themed Entertainment, DC e Dama Dreams, società che si occupa della creazione di esperienze di intrattenimento immersive e già possiede tre escape room in Francia con complessivi 65 mila visitatori annui. Al di là del nome - Batman Gotham City Adventures – per ora non si sa molto della nuova escape room, se non che sarà composta da tre escape room di 350mq ciascuna e che porterà i suoi ospiti in piena Gotham City, facendo loro vivere un’esperienza coinvolgente, in ambientazioni molto ben tematizzate e interagendo anche con attori in carne ed ossa. “Dama Dreams ha sempre cercato di allargare i confini delle esperienze immersive. Crediamo fermamente che sia giunto il momento di lasciare che il pubblico diventi parte della storia. Siamo entusiasti di collaborare con Warner Bros. Aof Tomb Raider, the hugely successful adventure video game series starring the fearless archaeologist Lara Croft, also filmed on the big screen, with the heroine first played by Angelina Jolie (in 2001 and 2003) and more recently (2018) also by Alicia Vikander. Last October, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the launch of Tomb Raider, the first of the 14 video games in the series, it was announced that the video game developer Crystal Dynamics and publisher Square Enix have teamed up with UK’s Little Lion Entertainments to launch Tomb Raider: The Live Experience, an interactive attraction that will open on April 1, 2022 in the heart of Camden, within the Stable Market, one of London’s most popular tourist spots. “This experience is a game-changer for live experiences!” said Tom Lionetti-Maguire, CEO and founder of Little Lion Entertainments. ‘Unique’ doesn’t even begin to describe how much this legendary explorer’s experience is going to take people’s breath away. This ground-breaking immersive adventure, complete with adrenaline fuelled challenges, and missions, will drop adventureseekers of all ages in groups of 8 into a race against time as they help Lara Croft solve a mystery that will save the world.
