Wiregrass announces summer hours Valdosta, Ga. – Wiregrass Georgia Technical College announces new operational hours for summer semester 2016. Beginning May 23 until July 29 all Wiregrass campuses will be open on Monday through Thursday and closed on Friday. Most Wiregrass offices will operate on a Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. schedule with the campuses open until evening classes completed. Summer Semester classes begin May 23, please visit wiregrass.edu for more information.
Forklift Operator Safety Course Fitzgerald, GA— Wiregrass Georgia Technical College will offer a Forklift Operator Safety course June 9, 2016, on the Ben Hill-Irwin Campus from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This training will provide forklift operators with the necessary components to satisfy OSHA requirements. Pre-registration will be required. The deadline to pre-register for the course is June 6th, 2016. The registration fee is $100 per person.
