He is widely recognized as a leading voice on business ethics and global anti-corruption matters.
His career also includes 11 years as a senior lawyer on Capitol Hill, where he served as the Chief Counsel and Director of Legislative Operations for the Majority Leader of the U.S. House of Representatives and Chief Counsel for the House Subcommittee on Crime. He began his legal career in 1983 as Counsel for the House Ethics Committee. President McNulty received the College’s Alumni Achievement award in 1998. He joined Baker & McKenzie in 2007 after more than two decades of public service, primarily as a leader in United States law enforcement efforts.
He is the fourth alumnus to serve as President of the College, where he studied history and met his wife Brenda (Millican ‘80). The McNultys have three daughters, Katy (McNulty ‘07) Hittinger, Anni (McNulty) Blankenship and Corrie ‘14. Their son Joseph died of cancer in 2012 at the age of 26 while attending law school.
Now in his 12th year at Grove City College, Todd Gibson serves as the College’s interim athletic director.
In July 2010, Gibson joined the Department of Exercise Science and Athletics as a full-time assistant professor. He spent the 2009 and 2010 seasons as an assistant track and field coach at the College. Gibson spent 11 years as an assistant football coach at Grove City, working primarily as the outside linebackers coach and strength and conditioning coordinator.
INTERIM ATHLETIC DIRECTOR TODD GIBSON During the 2014-15 academic year, Gibson worked as Grove City’s assistant athletic director. In that role, he handled a variety of administrative roles, including game management, budgetary matters and transportation scheduling.
As a student-athlete at Grove City, he started for two seasons at split end in football from 1998 to 2001 and led the team in receiving as a senior. He helped the Wolverines to the conference title in 1998. Gibson graduated from Grove City with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He also owns a bachelor’s degree in integrated social studies/secondary education from Youngstown State University. In 2006, he completed his master’s degree in exercise science from California (Pa.) University.
Gibson completed his fifth season as Grove City’s head men’s and women’s track and field coach last spring, guiding both programs to their second straight Presidents’ Athletic Conference championships.
Gibson also owns a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Performance Enhancement Specialist credential through the National Association of Sports Medicine. Gibson resides in Mars, Pa., with his wife Richelle and their daughter Madeline.

GROVE CITY COLLEGE
COACHING STAFF
HEAD COACH CHELLE FUSS Chelle Fuss enters her third season as Grove City College’s head women’s basketball coach and her 10th season overall with the basketball program. Fuss (pronounced “FOOSE”) has molded the Wolverines into an up-tempo squad that pressures opponents at both ends for 40 minutes. Last season, Fuss guided Grove City to 14 victories, which marked the program’s highest single-season win total in a decade. The Wolverines won two Presidents’ Athletic Conference Championship Tournament games for the first time in program history while also advancing to the conference tournament semifinals. Forward Kathryn Erbelding won the inaugural conference Defensive Player of the Year award while guard Kelsey Shirey led the league in three-point goals per game. Fuss accepted the head coaching position in May 2013 after seven seasons as assistant basketball coach and head softball coach at Grove City. A native of Logan, Ohio, Fuss came to Grove City in 2006 and has been an integral part of the women’s basketball program during that span. She has been heavily involved in all aspects of the program, including recruiting, player development and scouting. Three players surpassed the 1,000-point mark during her time as an assistant coach, including Christine Slater, the program’s second leading scorer. As head softball coach, Fuss reinvigorated the Grove City program in her seven seasons. During that period, the Wolverines rewrote the program’s record book. In 2012, Grove City recorded 19 wins, which marked the team’s highest win total in 14 years. She concluded her softball coaching tenure at Grove City as the program’s all-time wins leader with 102. As a student-athlete at Geneva College, Fuss excelled in both basketball and softball from 1989 to 1993. As a point guard for the basketball team, she accumulated a Geneva-record 567 assists. Her 1,333 career points rank sixth in school history. She earned National Christian Colleges Athletic Association (NCCAA) All-America and NAIA All-District honors during her playing career at Geneva.
Fuss also received NAIA All-District recognition after all four years of her career in softball. She graduated from Geneva in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in speech and broadcast communications. She then added a master’s degree in higher education at Geneva. Fuss worked as head softball coach and assistant women’s basketball coach at Geneva for four seasons from 1996 to 2000. Fuss holds the rank of assistant professor of physical education at the College and teaches both exercise science and physical education courses at Grove City. She and her husband Matt have a son, Zane, 17, and a daughter, Logan, 15. They live in Grove City.
Chelle Fuss is in her third season as Grove City College’s head women’s basketball coach. She is the seventh alltime head coach in program history. This is Fuss’s 10th overall season at Grove City.

ASSISTANT KRISTEN HUGHES-CRAMER Shortstop Kelsey Shirey became the first Wolverine player to earn the conference’s Player of the Year award. Hughes excelled as a four-year starter in softball for Grove City from 2005 to 2008. One of the most versatile players in recent program annals, Hughes started in both the infield and outfield for the Wolverines. She started 97 career games for the Wolverines and led the team in hitting as a junior with a .378 average. Cramer also led the team in runs, total bases and on-base percentage during that 2007 season, earning Second Team All-Presidents’ Athletic Conference honors for her efforts. From 2010-14, Hughes-Cramer served as the assistant softball coach at Grove City. She closely worked with Fuss for four seasons and worked with multiple aspects of the program, including outfield development, hitting instruction and defensive positioning. Hughes-Cramer earned Dean’s List honors and also landed on the PAC Academic Honor Roll during her career. Hughes-Cramer graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish in 2008 and completed her master’s degree in sports management at nearby Slippery Rock University in 2009. She lives in Grove City with her husband, Mike.

In her first season with the program, Hughes-Cramer helped Grove City to a 14-win season and a berth in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference Championship Tournament semifinals. The College hired Hughes-Cramer in July 2014 as assistant women’s basketball coach, head softball coach and assistant professor of physical education and exercise science. Hughes assists head coach Chelle Fuss in all aspects of the basketball program, including scouting, recruiting, player development and administrative duties. SEASON PREVIEW
GROVE CITY COLLEGE
2015-16 SEASON PREVIEW After making a six-win improvement from the 2013-14 season to the 2014-15 campaign, the Grove City College women’s basketball team will look to continue its climb back to the top of the Presidents’ Athletic Conference this winter. Third-year head coach Chelle Fuss welcomes back three starters from last year’s team that went 14-14 overall, 10-8 in the conference and advanced to the conference tournament semifinals. Senior forward Kathryn Erbelding headlines that trio of starters after she earned the conference’s Defensive Player of the Year award last season. The 5-foot-10 Erbelding recorded a Grove City-record 95 steals while also leading Grove City in scoring average (15.3), rebound average (7.7) and assists (63). Erbelding, a First Team All-PAC honoree last year, enters her third season as a starter. Junior Teresa Dallatore started 23 games in 2014-15 and returns at the point guard position. She ranked second on the team in three-pointers last year and will likely be one of Grove City’s top perimeter threats this year. Sophomore guard Lexie Arkwright made 25 starts as a freshman and emerged as a stalwart at both ends. She led the team with 23 blocked shots while also recording 62 thefts. Arkwright led the team’s newcomers in scoring, averaging 6.9 points per game. Arkwright will also be counted on for perimeter scoring this year. Sophomore letterwinner Lexie Arkwright returns for her second season at Grove City. Senior forward Natalija Galens joins Erbelding in Grove City’s small but experienced senior class. Galens shot a team-best 49 percent from the floor last year while also providing interior defense. Galens is a three-year letterwinner. Junior guard Jackie Stewart will compete for a starting spot this year after playing in all 28 games last year. A starter as a freshman in 2013-14, the 5-8 Stewart brings size and scoring punch to the guard position. Stewart will likely play both guard positions throughout the season. In addition to Arkwright, three sophomore letterwinners return for Grove City. Jenn Ferguson, a 5-9 forward, will challenge for a full-time spot in the frontcourt rotation after playing in 24 games as a rookie. She shot 50 percent from the field last season. Katelyn Miller, a 5-7 guard, played in 10 games last year before being sidelined by injury. She will look to become a key offensive contributor in the backcourt. Miller is joined by 5-7 guard Tori Graf, who played in 17 games last year. Graf aims for a full-time spot in the Wolverine rotation this winter. Several newcomers are also expected to battle for time this season.
Junior guard Teresa Dallatore is a returning starter in the backcourt for Grove City.

THE PRESIDENTS’ ATHLETIC CONFERENCE
PRESIDENTS’ ATHLETIC CONFERENCE
The Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC), built on the basic belief that an athletic program is an integral part of college life, but not an entity in itself, looks back on sixty years of growth and ahead to years of continued academic and athletic excellence. Formally organized in 1955 by Western Reserve University, John Carroll University, Case Institute of Technology, and Wayne State University, the PAC was the result of a realization that college athletics, despite numerous virtues for the individual and the institution, were gradually becoming a financial and academic burden. If athletics were to be continued, action had to be taken to place the program on its proper level. This included the premise that benefits of participation should be provided to as many students as possible. Currently comprised of 10 select private institutions – Bethany College, Chatham University, Geneva College, Grove City College, Saint Vincent College, Thiel College, Thomas More College, Washington & Jefferson College, Waynesburg University and Westminster College – the PAC remains a unique organization in this day of high pressure intercollegiate athletics, with academics at the center of each member’s philosophy. In 2012, the PAC Presidents’ Council added Carnegie Mellon University and Case Western Reserve University as affiliate members in the sport of football beginning with the 2014 season. The PAC crowns league champions and awards all-conference honors in its 21 championship sports. Head coaches determine all-PAC squads for all team sports, while in individual sports, such as cross country and tennis, all-PAC accolades are based upon performances at the conference championships. The PAC, which recently celebrated its 60th anniversary, annually awards its men’s and women’s All-Sports Trophies to the schools which perform best across the board in PAC competition. The Grove City women and Waynesburg men captured the 2014-15 Trophies. Last year, the conference named 935 of its student-athletes to the PAC Academic Honor Roll, which recognizes all participating student-athletes who earn a term grade-point average of 3.60 or above.

PROGRAM HISTORY
PROGRAM HISTORY On February 2, 1977, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow for the sixth time in seven years, leaving the nation with six more weeks of winter. But what the famous rodent did not forsee is the successful run that would begin later that night for the Grove City College women’s basketball team. That night, the Grove City College women’s basketball team made its intercollegiate debut with a 61-50 win at Penn State Behrend. Since that historic night in 1977, Grove City has earned over 400 victories, numerous postseason berths and six conference championships. The 1977 team finished 7-4 under head coach Terry Ellis, including a 6-2 record in the Women’s Keystone Conference. Grove City’s season ended with a 60-55 loss to Allegheny in the WKC playoffs, however. That started a run of seven consecutive winning seasons for the Wolverine program. Grove City’s 1978 squad again reached the WKC playoffs by going 5-2 in the league, 7-5 overall. The following season, Grove City captured its first conference title by storming to a 7-0 league record during the 1978-79 season. The Wolverines finished 13-1 overall, including a 12-0 mark against NCAA opponents. The Wolverines rolled to another WKC championship with a 7-0 league record in the 1979-80 season, finishing 16-1 overall, which is still the best season in program history. On her way to becoming Grove City’s all-time leading scorer, then-freshman Jody Imbrie led the Wolverines by averaging 22.6 points per game as a rookie. Grove City stormed to its third straight league title in the 1980-81 season, going 6-1 in the league and 19-3 overall. The following season, the Wolverines would earn their first-ever NCAA Tournament. In 1981-82, Grove City claimed its fourth straight WKC title and qualified for the first-ever NCAA Division III Wom-

The 1982-83 NCAA Team en’s Basketball Championship Tournament with a 19-5 record. Grove City fell to Augustana (Ill.) in the first round, 83-62. Senior Karen Watkins closed her career as Grove City’s all-time leading rebounder with 862 boards while Imbrie became the program’s first 1,000-point scorer. Grove City returned to the NCAA Tournament the following season after winning its fifth straight WKC title with a 10-2 league mark. The Wolverines downed Susquehanna in the first round, 60-58, but fell in the second round to defending national champion Elizabethtown, 59-55. Grove City finished the season with a school-record 22 wins. Imbrie registered a school-record 770 points in 27 games, finishing her career as Grove City’s all-time leading scorer with 2,288 points. She also set the single-game scoring record that season with 41 points against Youngstown State Jan. 29, 1983. Ellis stepped down as head coach following the 198283 season, finishing with a 102-26 (.792) record. Judy Zarenko coached Grove City to a 22-23 aggregate record during the 1983-84 and 1984-85 seasons. Grove City finished second in the WKC in 1984-85 with a 4-1 record. Susan Roberts assumed control of the program prior to the 1985-86 season. A new challenge awaited Grove City that year: the Presidents’ Athletic Conference. Grove City College joined the PAC prior to the 1984-85 season but 1985-86 marked the first season the league sponsored a women’s basketball championship. Grove City went 7-5 in its first season of PAC play and 11-11 overall. The next season, Grove City secured its first PAC championship with a 12-0 league mark. Senior Brenda Kanar (1,183) became the program’s second 1,000-point scorer during the season, helping the Wolverines post a 17-3

overall record. Senior Monica Yustak earned the conference’s Most Valuable Player award that season. As the 1980s closed and the 1990s began, Grove City collected four consecutive runner-up finishes in the PAC. Carolyn Cochrane (1,153) joined Imbrie and Kanar in the 1,000-point club during the 1988-89 season while Christine Carlson (1987-91) finished her career with 1,337 points. Cochrane also graduated with1,110 rebounds, the most in College history. As a senior, Carlson became just the second Grove City player to eclipse the 500-point mark in one season during the 1990-91 campaign. In Roberts’ final year as head coach, Theresa Berg moved ahead of Carlson into second place on Grove City’s all-time scoring list with 1,347 points. Roberts finished with a 101-78 record as head coach, second all-time to Ellis in both victories and winning percentage. Melissa Lamie inherited a very young Grove City team prior to the 1993-94 season. Over the next two seasons, Grove City won just four of 46 games. But the foundation for future success had been established. Grove City rebounded to a 12-12 season in 1995-96. The following year, Grove City went 15-9 during the regular season and earned its first-ever ECAC Tournament bid. Led by tournament MVP Beth Lora, the Wolverines captured the 1997 ECAC title with a 67-63 overtime win over Ursinus in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Lora’s 33-point effort in the semifinals lifted Grove City to a 71-68 win over top-seeded King’s. In 1997-98, Lora went over the 1,000-point mark and finished as Grove City’s fourth all-time leading scorer with 1,250 points. Grove City finished 16-9, reaching the ECAC semifinals before being eliminated by Pitt-Bradford. Senior Karin Hendrickson helped lead Grove City to another runner-up finish in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference during the 1998-99 season. She became Grove City’s seventh 1,000-point scorer and also graduated as the College’s all-time leader in steals with 247.
Grove City returned to the ECAC tournament in 2000 as the fifth seed in the six-team tournament. Grove City knocked off Alvernia in the quarterfinals, then upset top-seeded Lebanon Valley in the semifinals. Grove City fell to Carnegie Mellon, 66-54, in the championship game. Grove City set a school record by playing 29 games and by winning three postseason games. The Wolverines celebrated their silver anniversary season by earning their fourth ECAC berth in five years in 2001. Grove City lost to host DeSales in the quarterfinals, however, 72-49. Grove City earned another second-place finish in the PAC in the 2001-2002 season as guard Stephanie Murphy became the first Grove City player to play in 100 games. In addition, Lamie became Grove City’s all-time wins leader when the Wolverines pulled out a last-second 53-52 win at Washington & Jefferson Jan. 23, 2002. In 2002-2003, guard Cara Denniston established a new Grove City record by playing in 106 straight games. Denniston helped Grove City rebound from a 1-9 start to earn runner-up honors behind NCAA qualifier Washington & Jefferson. Following a 14-11 season in 2003-2004, Grove City returned to the postseason in 2004-2005 with a 16-8 regular season record. Grove City went 8-2 in the PAC and shared the conference’s regular season title. The Wolverines then advanced to the ECAC Southern Championship Tournament before falling in the quarterfinals to eventual ECAC champ DeSales, 71-63. Senior guard Abby Moose closed her career with 1,209 career points, the fifth-highest total in school history. Center Sandy O’Keefe graduated as the program’s all-time leader in blocked shots. Lamie stepped down in 2006 to concentrate on her duties as Grove City’s head women’s soccer coach. During the 2006-07 season, center Rachel McCoy finished her career with 1,036 points. Forward Christine Slater fired in 400 points during the 2008-09 season, becoming the fifth Grove City player to achieve that feat. In 2009-10, Slater scored her 1,000th point and helped the team to an 8-6 conference record. In 2010-11, Michelle Bruns replaced Sarah Harris as head coach and led Grove City to its first winning season since 2005. Slater concluded her career as the second-leading scorer (1,634) and rebounder (901) in program history. Leah Gibson became Grove City’s 11th all-time 1,000-point scorer in 2012-13, finishing with 1,254 career points. The College promoted assistant coach Chelle Fuss to head coach prior to the 2013-14 season. In her second year, the Wolverines won 14 games and earned two conference tournament victories for the first time.

ABOUT GROVE CITY COLLEGE
ABOUT
The beautifully landscaped campus of Grove City College stretches over 150 acres and includes 28 neo-Gothic buildings. It is considered one of the loveliest in the nation. While the College has changed to meet the needs of the society it serves, its basic philosophy has remained unchanged since its founding in 1876. It is a Christian, liberal arts institution, dedicated to the principle of providing the highest quality education at the lowest possible cost. Wishing to remain truly independent and to retain its distinctive qualities as a private school governed by private citizens (trustees), it is one of few colleges in the country that does not accept federal funds. Affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), but not narrowly denominational, the College believes that to be well-educated a student should be exposed to the central ideas of the Judeo-Christian tradition. Grove City College offers undergraduate degrees in liberal arts, sciences, engineering, business, and music and is distinguished as a national leader in education. Grove City’s programs in electrical and mechanical engineering are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission Board of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. The “big business school curriculum” prepares students for today’s global business reality. An extensive variety of internship opportunities are provided across the curriculum. Grove City College wants its students to be prepared in this age of mobile information technology. Each entering freshman receives a tablet computer which is his or hers to keep upon graduation with a four-year degree. This is part of the Information Technology Initiative, a total program integrating technology across the curriculum.

ATHLETIC FACILITIES
All 21 of Grove City College’s intercollegiate varsity athletic teams utilize the College’s superior facilities for competition, practices and off-season training and conditioning. Grove City’s athletic facilities have undergone numerous renovations and improvements in recent years, with more upgrades scheduled in the immediate future. On lower campus, Robert E. Thorn Field is home to the College’s football and track and field teams. The College installed CSTurf at Robert E. Thorn Field. CSTurf is a synthetic playing surface that features polyethylene LSR grass fibers and a rubber infill system. The College also installed lights and resurfaced the 8-lane track around the field. Grove City also reconfigured its setup for track meets during these renovations. In 2011, the College installed a new stateof-the-art scoreboard and new bleachers on the visitors’ side at Thorn Field. These upgrades benefit the entire campus community as the complex is used by both the College’s club sports teams and its intramural program, along with the varsity teams. The track is also available for use by recreational walkers and joggers. The complex also features 10 all-weather tennis courts next to the stadium. Phillips Field House, located at the north end of the complex, features several locker rooms, an athletic training room, meeting rooms and coaches’ offices. It is used by the football, track and tennis programs throughout the academic year. The Physical Learning Center (PLC) houses the Grove City College Arena, home to the College’s basketball and volleyball programs. In summer 2012, the College renovated the Arena by installing new lighting and a new playing floor. In recent years, the Arena has also received new scoreboards and scorers’ tables.

ATHLETIC FACILITIES
In addition, the PLC features the James E. Longnecker Pool, one of the premier aquatic facilities in the region. Each year, Grove City hosts the Presidents’ Athletic Conference Swimming and Diving Championships at the state-of-the-art facility. In 2015, the College also hosted the Collegiate Water Polo Association Division III Championships at the James E. Longnecker Pool. The PLC also features a second pool, the Recreational Pool, which is used by members of the College community year-round. A fitness room featuring aerobic and Cybex equipment and a separate weight room with free and mechanized weights are also keystone areas of the facility. The PLC also features six racquetball/handball courts as well as two adjacent intramural rooms. The intramural rooms feature four basketball courts, four indoor tennis courts, four volleyball courts, an indoor track and two indoor jumping pits. The College installed new synthetic flooring and several new electronic scoreboards throughout the intramural rooms. The Physical Learning Center houses the athletic training room, locker rooms and offices for coaches and physical education faculty. The College recently constructed a new office suite for coaches and athletic administration, while also incorporating its Athletic Hall of Fame area. Grove City’s outdoor athletic facilities have also received numerous upgrades in recent years. The varsity soccer field, College Field, received a new press box during the summer of 2007. Meanwhile, Grove City’s baseball and softball facilities recently received major facelifts as new dugouts, new fencing and electronic scoreboards were installed on both fields.
