This is an 8 -week social media campaign I did for “Art of Recovery”, a wellness center that utilizes ice baths, sauna, and redlight therapy. I took on the role of social media manager and content creator.
PURPOSE OF CAMPAIGN
The company goal was to achieve an increase in sales through improved marketing and customer outreach
FOCUS
This campaign focused on Instagram. Content was created, edited and uploaded 3x per week.
GOAL
Increase Art of Recovery’s Instagram following by 8%. This was tracked by utilizing Instagram analytics tools and benchmarks. This goal aimed to be achieve within 8 weeks.
Using focused targeting on Instagram, I reached out to athletes and health minded individuals with content that is both educational and engaging in order to convince them of the benefits ' of Art of Recovery.

I created a reel that showcases common mistakes gym-goers make when taking the cold plunge.

My goal was 100 followers with the given time period. My strategy was to target men in their 20’s-30s with content that educates and inspires.
Comeptitor analysis revealed that animated graphics were trending in the space as well as self-help content with influencers such as David Goggins.
Properly understanding the algorithm was crucial for this campaign due to the 1 week time frame. Tik Tok posts using the slideshow feature were performing better than videos, therefore making carousel/ still images the focus.
