BRIEF/CONCEPT

BRIEF: To promote a documentary on CCTV and surveillance in the UK to be aired on ITV1. CONCEPT: The campaign is both on-screen and off-screen to target a wider audience as this is an issue relevant to most people especially in Britain where there is an estimated 4.2 million CCTV cameras in Britain, more than any other nation. The tone of this campaign is intended to be mysterious and sinister, with the tag line, ‘Who is watching you?’ BRIEF 3 - EYE SPY

I have taken the visual concept quite literally, using a greyscale eye with a coloured iris for a higher impact, this is the predominant theme throughout the screen, web and print resolutions - as this reinforces the idea of being watched. The idea of the eye is to illustrate we are always being watched but the identity of the watchers are rarely known.
