Starting in October 2020, Georgetown McDonough convened a Dean’s Office Standing Committee on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Georgetown McDonough, composed of a group of faculty, students, and staff from our school. Together, they gathered data and reported on the state of diversity, equity, and inclusion at the school and continually make recommendations on where to go next.
The following report is one output of that work—an open and transparent baseline on where the school is now according to data, as well as our strategic approach to enhancing DEI at Georgetown McDonough.
