EXERCISE 1SWOT ANALYSIS

Objective

The objective of this activity is to give the participants insights into their current and future business by analysing the core Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats in your operating environment. It can tell you where you are now and guide you in which actions to take to achieve your desired future.

Description

1. Ask participants to make a SWOT analysis of their business idea.

• What are your strengths (means), your weaknesses, your opportunities and your threats?

2. When they have completed the SWOT ask the following questions:

• What are you good at and what do you need to improve?

• What are your growth opportunities?

• How can you serve your customers better - and why?
