INTRODUCTION

Financial Management

This module seeks to give the participants tools to manage the finances in their businesses e.g. making simple budgets, keeping records, and developing their businesses.

The training in financial management should be adjusted to fit the needs of the participants. Therefore, the module is divided into 3 parts:

1. Starting up your business

2. Running the business

3. Expanding the business

It is recommended that the the first follow up trainings are done within a short period after the participants leave the boot camp, as they will need them to get a good start.

The third follow up training can be done when the entrepreneurs have run their businesses for a while and are ready to start thinking about expanding their businesses.
