Issue 823

Benidorm fit to burst BENIDORM BEACHES have seen record numbers as tourists choose the resort for their holidays.

by Jeanette Rice THOUSANDS OF holidaymakers have been packing out the Levante and Poniente beaches over the last few weeks as a new record for visitors of 29.2 million in the last six months to June was recorded in Spain as a whole, up 4.2 percent on the same time last year. Families have chosen Benidorm not only because it offers value for money holidays with a vast array of accommodation ranging from self catering to fully inclusive, but because the Tunisia terror attack has made everyone more aware of where to go to relax safely.
