by Jack Troughton EMAUS CARERS battling for money after working unpaid for seven months have won an important first victory in their campaign against Valencia Government paymasters. Lobbying the Valencia Parliament – supported by three deputies – was rewarded with the promise of a payment. On Wednesday 400,000€ was paid to Arcos de Altea, which runs the EMAUS children’s homes and baby unit on the Costa Blanca. At the same time the carers were in Alicante
