DELIGHTED PENSIONERS David and Margaret Nutter are celebrating the “highly professional” redecoration of their Costa Blanca villa after a two year battle. Two teams of painters from Andura Abroad arrived at the couple’s home in Benichembla after the company agreed to honour a 20-year-guarantee. And after the work was completed, David and Margaret stood outside their gleaming cream coloured home and announced their satisfaction – thanking RTN for intervening on their behalf. Company boss Nigel Mourton also gave RTN his assurance he would personally deal with customer issues in the future. “It is very regrettable this happened in the first place, it could all have been avoided with better communication,” he said. Last month, under the headline ‘Painting by numbers’, RTN told how David and Margaret had paid €5,000 in 2006 to Eurotec for their home to be painted. However, after two years, when the paint began to crack, they called on the guarantee. continued on page 3
