Hepatitis on the Costa Blanca: who is to blame? by Jan Gamm THE PSPV has demanded an urgent hearing with Health Minister Manuel Llombart over the treatment of Hepatitis in 2011 and whether health cuts are responsible for the spread of the contagion.
