Registration & Program Credits

Early registration for council-hosted summer programs opens February 24 and closes April 14 with a $25 deposit per session, with some exciting news and big changes to the registration process. We are launching a new event registration platform that combines two current platforms into one.

While Ultracamp has been our go-to resource for event registration since 2007, we will retire this platform in May as we transition to our new event registration platform: Campwise. Our current camper health record platform, CampDoc, will also be retired with these features moving to Campwise.

Campwise benefits for parents include:

⏵ Intuitive platform that works seamlessly on computer and mobile.

⏵ Reduce frequency of authorization and health forms (answer once per year per participant)

⏵ Choose if an when to utilize Program Credits as payment for events.

⏵ Visibility to your camper's Camp Store purchases and ongoing balance.

Families will receive an email from Campwise on February 24 with a link, username, and password to access the system and begin registering for summer programs.

Events that are currently open for registration in Ultracamp will remain there until the event takes place. Program Credits are available to use for spring program registration in Ultracamp until April 1, when they will be temporarily unavailable for the transition to Campwise. Both existing and newly earned Program Credits will be in Campwise beginning April 15.

Campers who register for multiple council-hosted camp sessions will receive a $10 discount on each additional session.

Be one of the first 200 girls (youth only) to register for camp and receive a fun bonus bag filled with all kinds of fun goodies!

Program Types

Youth members only: Just like it sounds, these events are for registered Girl Scouts only.

Volunteers only: These training events are designed for Troop Leaders and other volunteers.

Youth Members with chaperones: Each Girl Scout must have a chaperone in attendance— this can be a volunteer, parent, or guardian.

Girl Scout family event: Event is open to family and friends of the Girl Scout member. All youth must be chaperoned.

Public event:

Open to everyone!

Refund Policy

You may cancel your reservation for an event or summer camp and receive a full refund, minus any deposit, if the request is received more than 14 days prior to the start of the session. Limited refunds will be given within 14 days of the program; see full refund policy on our website and attached to your Campwise confirmation email for specific refund scenarios. No refund is given if the camper is a no show or leaves a session early. Additionally, t-shirt or other optional purchases will not be refunded and travel may have an earlier refund date.

T-shirts

All youth who register for any of the 22 council-hosted Girl Scout camps by May 1st will receive a camp t-shirt included in the price of camp; one per camper per summer! An additional color t-shirt with camp design will be available in both youth and adult
