Gourmet Corner We often hear the expression "There's no accounting for taste ", which means that there is no absolute truth in the matter of taste. We think it is important to bring this idea to the table, pun intended: first, because we want this column to be open to all kind of restaurants in our area, and second, because if you let yourself try different things, you will be able to cultivate your palate. The first step towards this goal is a willingness to try all kinds of flavors and dishes; this does not mean you have to like them, but in the very least, you have to try them with an open mind. In eating , as in wine tasting , or any other activity in life , experiences are the key to learning. As you try different cuisines and experiment with different ways of preparing food, you will develop your palate and dive into one of the greatest pleasures of life.

The menu doesn’t have a long list of plates , but every one of them is excellent. You can't go wrong with seafood when it’s so fresh. In addition to the plates listed on the menu, you are welcome to choose your fish straight from one of the freezers. My favorite is the halibut menier, a firm white fish that is simply delicious! But if you have the foresight to call in advance, as I often have, you can enjoy 3 or 4 pounds of previously marinated grilled shrimp and octopus with a group of friends. With Cod & Capers' casual ambiance and great service, you will always feel welcome. In fact, if for any reason you don't feel as welcome as I do, I urge you to talk to the manager or the owner. They take so much pride in what they do that I'm sure they'll do what is necessary to change your mind.

Arthur R Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge is the last northernmost portion of the unique Everglades, river of grass. With over 221 square miles of Everglades’ habitat, the Loxahatchee Refuge is home to the American alligator and the critically endangered Everglade snail kite. The Refuge protects a remnant of the once vast northern Everglades. At the Visitor Center you can take a virtual airboat ride, listen to the night sounds of the Everglades and explore gator holes - all without getting wet!

Behind the Visitor Center you can explore the Cypress Swamp Boardwalk, a 0.4-mile trail, which loops through towering cypress trees, pond apple trees, ferns and other flora of the swamp. Then relax in the nearby Butterfly Garden, or head across the road to the Marsh Trail. The 0.8-mile Marsh Trail is one of several walking trails along the grass levees that encircle impoundment areas, where different water levels provide habitat for various types of wading birds and other wildlife. Bring your camera and binoculars!

You might see an endangered Wood Stork or Snail Kite, or any of 270 other species of birds. While walking the trails, look for tracks in the soft sand. Common tracks include those of bobcats, otters, alligators, raccoons, armadillos and birds.

See the Everglades up close and personal in a canoe or kayak on the 5.5-mile Canoe Trail! Or enjoy the view from the levee as you ride along the 12-mile Bike Trail alongside the main canal.

Canoes, kayaks and bicycles are available for rent.

Try your luck fishing from the pier for largemouth bass, bluegill and bullhead catfish. Boating and sport fishing are also allowed in the main canal.

Ever wonder why some celebrities have such beautiful smiles? Or why is it that most movie stars have such stunning, gorgeous, flawless teeth when they laugh or pose for a shoot on the red carpet?.

Fact is, creating and designing a new beautiful smile does not happen by accident.

You’d be surprised to know that most natural looking and undetectable “Hollywood smiles� are the work of a dentist. It takes a dentist that understands and has the experience, knowledge, and confidence to back up the claims and provide these stars with that ideal smile.

Below are step by step procedures in creating a new Smile for our patient: Initial photos and work up The preliminary work is the single most important part in designing a new smile.

Just like an architect planning a building, we first need initial sketch, Preliminary design, and a blueprint of the final result. A great starting point would be to ask the patient for old photos. However, if they never liked their smile and want to make a change, patient is asked to bring a photo of her favorite celebrity smile from a magazine. Patients can also be given past cases that we have done and "after" photos of the patients to choose from. The teeth can range from square, rounded or any combination. This is a personal choice and of course the dentist and their

show teeth when she smiled. Some patients can do serious damage to their teeth by years of grinding or clinching.

It was decided to lengthen her teeth to ideal. This was accomplished by getting the patient involved in the decision and determining her goals.

For that we initiate the design by digital means on our Digital Smile Design (DSD) application for iPad: 1) A single tooth is added to the correct proportion in regards to mold and length 2) Then the next tooth is added 3) And finally more teeth are added to the correct proportion and in accordance to the smile curve

tools, designed from the digital work-up, is delivered to the teeth and bonded. During these 2-3 weeks, the patient can critique and make simple changes to the shape of the teeth which can be communicated to the lab.

Advances in early breast cancer detection have come a long way in the past ten years, as the doctors at Independent Imaging will tell you. This man in turn transforms their environment encompassing all the ethnos of his life such as family, children and neighbors, working to gradually shake the Nations.

God needs man to bring his Kingdom from the spiritual world to the natural, because He established, since creation, that only man has the legal right and authority to operate on Earth. When Adam sinned, delivered his authority to Satan and we remain separated from God's presence. But God in his mercy, surrender his only son Jesus, made man, so with his death he paid for our sins and we could receive salvation.

The Kingdom of God is God in the life of men, transforming the old world in sin by a new one with love and peace. The Kingdom of God is "Heaven on Earth. This is the good news that Jesus declared to his people (Lk 4, 18-12; Mt 11, 3-5). Therefore Heaven on Earth is a decision to make! The Kingdom begins by accepting Jesus in our lives, who is the sole author of the transformation of our hearts.

Every action and activity of the Father is motivated by His desire and passion to see His Kingdom established on Earth by what the Kingdom of God is our great Commission given by Jesus 'go and make disciples of all nations', Mathew 28: 19 God never leaves us, but He cannot change your bad deci-

We were created by God for himself; He gives you gifts and talents that maybe you haven’t even discovered that will make you successful in your life. Discover your true self and talents guided by Jesus and leave your legacy on earth. I challenged you to accept Jesus into your life! If you take the decision to accept Jesus as your savior pray with your mouth and with your heart:

Heavenly Father, I recognize that I am a sinner and that my sins separates me from you.

Now I confess with my mouth that Jesus is the Lord, and that God the Father raised Him from the dead.

I receive Jesus into my heart and in my life. I renounce to any covenant I have done with the world, with the enemy and myself.

I repent of all my sins and receive the gift of salvation and eternal life. Amen.
