Senior Designer (Architecture) Role Description. • design High-Rise Residential Towers, Units Distribution (with transfer units - 3BR in High Zone, 1BR in Low Zone, Sky Garden), Units Layout, Units Calculation, GFA - SGFA - NSA Calculation, Parking Layout & Circulation, Master Plan Development &, etc. • design Mid Rise Building to High Rise Building scale (Residential, Office, Hotel &, etc) from concept design until design development in space planning, design conceptualization, design study until design research • assist the Design Principal/Project Managers to develop concept designs to technical drawings for architectural projects. • assist with coordination with external consultants and internal project teams. • responsible for coordination and quality control of design until the project book report. • ensures design quality and authority compliance. • develop ideas keeping in mind the client’s needs, building’s usage, and environmental impact. • execute feasibility studies and presents design proposals until design competition • preparation of conceptual designs, space plans, presentations, design development, and etc • produce a good quality of project book report (Indesign). • design and produce Architecture Diagram (Illustrator, Auto CAD, Photoshop) & 3D Perspective (Sketch up) • responsible and managing Mood Images quality control

The Goldman Sachs projection suggests that the Chinese economy will be almost same size as the United States economy in 2025. In 2050, the Chinese economy will be twice the size of the American economy and the Indian economy will be almost same size as the American economy. Never before in the modern era has the largest economy in the world been that of a developing country, rather than a developed country. For the first time in the modern era, the dominant country in the world will be not from the West. The world is being driven and shaped, not by the old developed coun- tries, but by the developing world. Based on the economist interpretation, the next 30 years the economy will be growing in Asia. The success of China in economy world will bring success for other country in Asia. Not only economic rules by Asia, but also 60% of the world’s total population lives in Asia. 7 of the world’s ten largest metropolitan areas are in Asia. The issue of Asia’s city development not only limit on the physical development of the settlement. The issue is rooted on the economy policy and infrastructure restraint. The growth of the population that happens too fast generates the vital issue of the vacant land and the market absorption capacity.

One of the tools of the barrio actors to create their integration to the city based on their social power. The notion of the empowerment consists of eight bases of social power, which each empowerment bases is generates by the space program for the actors social power activity.
