A leading specialty products manufacturer was generating too much scrap. Over application of water distorted their finished product. Under application resulted in poor adhesion of a surface coating. An AutoJet® 1550 Modular Spray System and PulsaJet® spray nozzles solved the problem by precisely adjusting flow rate based on line speed.
